Big thumbs up to yok......Msci is gradually removing their hands from Guinness..... The after effect would be felt fervently around Dec2020 and Jan 2021...... when they have finished selling... They are privy to certain info we have not gotten...... I can remember how they gradually sold off forte oil....... After they finished selling, so many news on fo started appearing in the media like otedola in molue, otedola contesting for governorship, otedola vie for controlling stake in dangote refinery distribution.......The last price I believe msci sold off is around #60.after their exit price drop Yakata to #16........and bargain hunters are waiting for it at sub #10.

I now believe there are mechanisms in place to ensure fpi do not loose so much to this market..... I have to say it is not fair

I have Learnt ,,, I await Guinness @ January 2021

And what made them to still hold Oando? grin

With what I know about stock trading, owning multiple properties na waste of time and money. Big time.

Once one ain't too greedy in this market, stock trading far beats what property trading can fetch.

That's my own point of view shaaa. What works for me!

A QUICK ONE !!

Just heard that the UK and European union(EU) have just agreed on a Brexit deal... and should their respective parliaments approve the deal(which has a near 1 probability), the global markets will most likely push up with pace in the near term.
...add this to the softening of aggression and convergence of ideas with the long trade war between the US and CHINA, plus the current excess/overflow of liquidity weighting accross the globe, and u'll see why the chance of a POSITIVE drive with the global market is now nearer than EVER !!
The emerging and frontier markets(with emphasis on Nigeria) where assets have been grossly mispriced, will very likely get a larger chunk of any liquidity inflow.

I think that this is the best time to position/align oneself with healthy assets whose current fundamental stance presents juicy margins away from risk(risk-return in view), if u are yet to do so !!
...and if ur already in, HOLD tight !!

Take this seriously.
A word they say...

NOTE: NOT an investment advise. Following ur instinct should still take higher precedence ahead of this post !!

Of course, its brings a great measure of certainty and calm in the midst of recent turmoil.
It's a huge PLUS for the global mkt space. ...particularly the emerging and frontier market economies.
