Lagos, Nigeria, 16 October 2019: OPPO, the leading global smartphone brand, announced the launch of three new flash charge technologies: 65W SuperVOOC Fast Charge 2.0, 30W Wireless VOOC Flash Charge and VOOC Flash Charge 4.0, reinforcing its leading position in the fast charging space as the mobile industry enters the 5G era.

The SuperVOOC 2.0, which will be debuted in OPPO’s forthcoming Reno Ace smartphone, is the world’s most advanced production charging solution, with the ability to fully charge a 4000mAh battery in just 30 minutes. The SuperVOOC 2.0 not only delivers improved charging performance but also enhanced safety. OPPO has placed five safety protection measures throughout the adapter, wire and handset end to ensure maximum safety during charging.

The chip is what determines how fast the phone can charge.
By the way, SD 865 on Oppo Find X2 Pro charges full in 38 minutes still a record as of now. But I see other overtaking that soon.

What do you mean by enlightened. If it was just about the Chipset then such smartphones like Oppo Find X etc won't need a 60 to 100 watts fast charging technology to charge that fast.
