Any power station which Nigeria is building less than 2000 megawatt is a waste of time. Ethiopia with a small population it is building 3000 megawatt dam. Kenya police long passed that level.They lease new vehicles every year and when it breaks down they get a new one immediately as old one is towed away.They have fuel card so you never hear of police failing to respond due to car issues.Kenya police also have good medical and life insurance.

Give me two links ..one from last year's vehicle leasing a d the other one for this year....old I am not talking of matatu leasing and you should start from ones counties outside nairobi....
