like my guy up there said screen shot the about section of you're phone or better still to clear all doubts snap your phone and post the pic here and in that way sef you can show the camera prowess of the phone that you will be using to snap ur acclaimed pixel 3
so it's a win win for everyone right

nice question, the answer is simple, video video video. Since I started doing videos editing blah blah. With a 16.9 video you have actually is better on a 16.9. I don't have to have some places cut off or stretched videos. I don't know how much to explain it

Nothing here has anything to do with supposedly changing your display ratio to 16:9. 18:9 gives you more room to work, anyway. And if you're editing a 16:9 video, it pillar-boxes it.

You lose nothing by working with an 18:9, and gain nothing by changing to 16:9. Instead, you lose by changing to 16:9 as your display is now permanently letter-boxes.
