Majority of the comments from the so called adults were extremely immature. It was simply a matter of dropping a comment and moving on.

Best advice I can give us to ignore. Don't let people pour their bitterness on you all in the name of a faceless forum. Not every one's worth that precious mb.

@pettyprincess, I honestly wanted to comment on your initial thread. We are both young ladies and this is a tough world. Personally, the hardest thing for me to give any individual is TRUST because my motto is SELF-PRESERVATION.
Falling inlove is an intoxicating feeling but don't let it prevent you from making the right decisions. In terms of romance your well being cones first, both physical and emotional.
My only advice is be careful. Even in your Bible it is written, "The heart of man is desperately wicked".
I'm not going to type it that because he's a foreigner, you ought to be cautious. After all even Nigerians engage in great sins such as rituals, raping and so on. But ming your steps because he's a man and you can't read either his mind nor heart.
Women have been taken abroad only to end up having their organs removed and sold off illegally to hospitals. Sold into modern slavery, where they are raped, labour forcefully and so on.

Black guys also love all our features except our afro hair but they would never give us compliments for them because they don't want us to be confident. So they play on our psych by telling us we are the ugliest. And like magic, it is working on some black girls. If we have low self esteem we would never aim high, we would think they are all we have. That is their aim, but many of us can't see it.

On the other hand white men have no fear, if you are beautiful they would make you feel beautiful, desired and appreciated. As it stands,i can't take a lesser treatment from any man whether black or white. I love men who are confident, men who put women down are mentally weak and would never have me.
