Good day guys. Please those who have opened and successfully won a dispute should come in here.

I requested for a charger which is untrackable, the protection period elapsed n the seller extended it and it elapsed also n I still didn't get the charger so I opened a dispute the seller is now offering that I visit the post office to confirm cos at times the post office people don't inform the receiver.

I would have gladly don that by Monday (frankly I have not visited the post office to inquire) without clicking accept or reject but AliExpress will rule by moro.

My question is this if I click accept and don't see the item in the post office will I still get my money? see the image below.

NB I have successfully ordered for items before both trackable n untrackable. This is the first time I am opening a dispute.

please don't fall for this scam by opening a paypal account....the person will send you money from a stolen paypal account and pressure you to confirm to aliexpress that the transaction is concluded and shortly after that, paypal will eventually remove the money in your paypal account and block your account for being involved in fraud by that time, you would have closed the transaction on aliexpress and you will have no recourse

Insist that the money be refunded to the mastercard account you used in paying for the item. Involve Aliexpress now if you have not done so
