Hello good day Every one ... Please I need advice.. I am an Anatomy student in Benue State University currently in 200l.. I plan on writing Jamb next year to study dentistry in UI.. I use my neco result which only has C's .. but I plan on studying well for the jamb and post utme .. is there any chance of getting admission or should I look for another school.. Benue State indigene and I don't know any body in UI.. I've never even been to Ibadan before.. |
Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by Alexaonfleek: 3:35pm On Oct 18, 2019 |
Eclipse6945:you have no problem.ui doesn't make use of waec results,as long as u don't have any D,E,or F in your olevel.ui is also the most transparent school in terms of admission, when you get the cutoff, you have automatic admission and you also stand a high chance because you're from ELDS. But I must warn you tho,UI is madly competitive, you can get 300+ in jamb and still not gain admission because you fell behind with two marks in the post utme.just try to Target 300+ next year's jamb and read like mad for the postutme,Target like 75+ too for the postutme.the postutme is a bit more technical than jamb, and also no use of calculators. In everything you do,just let God take control 2 Likes |

utibeessien115:There is no minimum cut-off mark per say. Each institution places their cut-off marks as they deem fit. You would do well to be more specific about the medical school you're interested in. And no one's pissed off with you. At least I am not |

emmyslide:Just got into 200lvl? Don't worry, it's always like that. Don't let that even worry you at all. Anatomical terminologies are just new to your system. It happened to me too. Just get a good textbook and devote yourself to it. Try to use the textbook recommended by your school and combine it with atlas. With time you'll become familiar with it. Thanks. 1 Like |

Morning. Us it true that when one is doing residency, one would be paid? |
Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by horpeyemmi66(m): 12:27pm On Oct 26, 2019 |
Isaolamide: Yes one would be paid. The amount increases with time which means a Junior resident (registrar) does not earn the same thing a Senior resident earns. 1 Like |
