Lagos market is smaller than the market in Tema alone

I now see how dumb you are!
Lagos is the fifth largest economy in Africa behind Nigeria herself, South Africa, Egypt. Withal Ghana?

They dont know. There is no evidence that the border closure sef has ruined the economy of other states. You are right . That's why the country is where it is

Sincerely, Nigerians deserve the type of leaders we get. Look at majority of the people who quoted me. How can someone claim that because we closed border in west Africa, we are now giant of Africa because three useless countries like Ghana Benin and Togo are crying. We should rate our selves when countries like South Africa, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Kenya, Bostwana, Rwanda, shake when we cough. Sincerely, IQ level in Nigeria is low. West Africa is a useless region where illegal border trading is very high. A decent region doesn't need to rely on illegal border trading to survive.

The closure forced them to increase the pump price of PMS recently. The thing is hitting them hard
you are funny grin grin grin grin

Ghana increased it pump price because of a new government tax that seeks to pay for free education.

Now get sense

This is absolutely untrue! Smuggled Nigeria Fuel is not sold in Ghana

The economy of Ghana does not rely on petty traders from Nigeria
That is why we can close those petty traders shops with our economy not even blinking an eye.

We closed 20 banks, 350 microfinance institutions and over 200 finance houses

our economic growth did not even blink to slow down
that is how resilient our economy is.

How is bringing up a legit issue be hypocrisy? Just because they said something on radio and TV doesn't make it true. We all know how the borders in the north look like a village gate, while the Yoruba own is militarized. Of course it won't have anything to do with tribe because that will force you to do something about it it.
From all indications ,you are one of the rice smugglers using Seme border.

Actually some countries have only 2million people, going by this, The population of Nigeria can form two continents. Africa is just 53 countries and it is the continent with most countries.

They did not agree based on your lies. its pure sibling encouragement which we have always given to Ghana. You are surrounded on every side by french speaking countries who detest you to the core because you are more of English speakers same with nigeria. The only big brother you have who truly cares for you in ecowas is Nigeria and this is why we do not want your people to die of hunger which is why we gave you this concession.

Ghanaians prefer Nigerian products any day any time because your products NEVER meet up with international standards yet are expensive. You all want to make wad through ridiculous exploitation of each other as ghanaians.

its funny

Nigeria that has to use Ghana in order to be able to export because Nigerian products never meet international standard is talking to a Ghanaian about standard
this is the funniest thing ive read alll day grin grin grin grin grin

Our neighbours do not hate us
they love us because the benefit huge from us

Togo free port is dependent on transit goods to Ghana and Burkina Faso

Your economy is tanking charlie. Losing 8 point on your currency value is no joke. Every Ghanaian is crying that they cannot buy much with the cedi anymore. Those banks and financial houses were closed because of the tanking economy. Many Ghanaians do not trust your banks because of the bad cedi value so they rather put their money into land or houses. Your government is deceiving you into thinking you are resilient however if you listen to radio shows daily and hear the 24/7 lamentations by your people on those radio shows you will know that you are simply deceiving yourselves. I dey Ghana charlie and i know

that is what they have to explain to neighboring countries that is meant to punish them and give time and follow the due process as ECOWAS member.

The Ghana minister that came to Abuja this week was brief extensively. They let her understand that Nigeria is not fighting his neighboring countries but need to tame criminals activities.

More so, all these international & regional organizations are toothless bulldogs when the chips are down.

Our porous borders couple with Free trade zone & movement of people within ECOWAS region is what those smugglers capitalised on, so Nigeria as the biggest donor in that organization can not be watching to let one regional policy destroyed its economy.

So, there is nothing ECOWAS can do to Nigeria except sanctions within West Africa & it can't bite Nigeria, those that will suffer such sanctions are the one shouting & begging for Nigeria to please open the border.

An example of big brother is what we are witnessing in U.S Trump does not take nonsense irrespective of any organization they belongs to, once the neighbour constitute nuisance, He take action.

That your broken rice that turns to milk at the end of the day? Your rice is so ridiculously wack that the best rice in ghana is times 4 the cost of rice in Ghana. I spit facts charlie. Your rice is super wack. Cook it for even 10mins and it will turn to paste or milk. The other kind of rice you have needs to be cooked for almost an hour because the more you cook it, the harder it gets and you need to keep adding water to ensure it cooks evenly otherwise some part will be cooked while the other part will be hard.
hehehe

this one does not know how to cook grin grin grin grin grin grin grin
and he is blaming the rice

Still 50% - 60% of rice eaten in Ghana is locally grown
we dont have to close our border for that to happen.

Local rice is cheaper

The trade unionist are just clowns. Two of their top ministers are in Nigeria begging almost anybody that is ready to listen to them and these union clowns are talking about banning made in Nigeria goods. They better not allow us rescind the decision to create a temporary corridor for Ghanaian goods.

Nigeria has not banned importation of goods from any country, so, why ban our products? When we say Nigeria is the giant of Africa, some of these tiny countries come here to argue with us. We closed our land borders for just some few weeks now and they are all crying. Even Ghana that has no land border with Nigeria is crying. Who is now their Daddy?

Will you shut your dirty lying mouth. Which every home uses LPG in ghana? Till date charcoal pots are in high demand in Accra and so is charcoal supply. Villages in ghana use pit laterines with so many homes not even having designated pit laterines of their own. They rather build community pit laterines where maybe 100 houses can share.

These homes only have dedicated bath enclosures with no roof but no toilets.

The fact that you cannot use 100 cedis to buy anything in Ghana shows how useless your currency is compared to holding 10k naira in your hand and its spending power in Nigeria.

Go to Nigeria with 100 cedis and see if you will not die of starvation by the time they convert your 100 cedis to Naira
