Afamed: Don't mind him, na the majority of Ghanaians I dey pity, by the time Nigeria Government cut our ties with the government of Ghana and their economy starts crumbling, when Ghanaians starts migrating legally or illegally back to Nigeria for survivals (like their ancestors did), don't expect sympathy from Nigerians because 2 names will be on my lips as the architect of Ghanaians' misfortune... #Just30 and #psychologygh. Don't say I did not warn you.... NB: before you quote me take your time to do some economics research and fact findings about Nigeria and Ghana economics relationship, you'll discover that it is much of "parasitic than symbiotic"... Nigeria can survive as an independent nation.. Ghana will have a long way to go before getting their grips if we cut ties. Starting from power sector to education, oil and gas and even bureaucracy in government. Nigeria grows your economy hook, line and sinker". Thank me later 2 Likes 1 Share |

McPolomy:dont say we did not warn you your economy is heading back into recession and bankruptcy is shortly ahead of you. Your economy is highly dependent on Ghana for purchases there is an oversupply in all your highest export commodities if Ghana stop importing crude and gas from your country, your economy will head into recession |

Just30: British council and other UK agencies are becoming aggressive to lure Nigerian students to studying at UK because attention is shifting to greener pastures like Australia, Canada and schegen countries. Of what gain is to study there and lay you off like trash after spending huge amount of pounds. Population of Nigerian students in Ghana is high and if they decide to withdraw, it will affect your revenue to an extent. 1 Like |

Just30: Check what records? Where are the records to check and the plans to improve the sanitation facilities? "A whole Ghana" still has Unicef coming to build toilets for her is that the program? Your President just released funds to some communities here to build more pit latrines and you talk of sanitation? Guy wake up and stop lying to yourself because that is the worst kind of lie to tell 2 Likes |

Why bother about these small neighboring countries due to geographical reasons. The United States has Haiti, Cuba, etc boardering it yet picks Europe , Asia as real business partners. We should only deal with Kenya, South Africa and select countries . Time for big brother sentiments is over. Shut the boarder for 48 months , and our exotic taste will correct itself . But we should have a consistent policy direction. 1 Like |

Tetehjewels:With improved water sources available to 80 percent of the population, Ghana has made progress in safe water access at a national level. In 2014, 14,700 people gained access to improved water supply and 9,270 people gained access to improved sanitation facilities. Additionally, 25 communities, including a number of schools, were declared “open-defecation-free,” an accreditation that demonstrates improved knowledge, attitude, and practices of the communities and individuals related to hygiene and hand-washing. However, maintenance and management remains a challenge, and access to improved sanitation (15 percent for urban residents, 6 percent for rural residents) is lower than in other African countries. Rapid urbanization is further stressing urban access to sanitation and clean water. USAID intervenes to increase access to clean drinking water and to sanitation facilities. Programs like the Water Access, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) for Health Activity also encourage individuals and communities to adopt positive water, sanitation, and hygiene practices while strengthening the community’s ability to plan, manage, and sustain activities. USAID will continue to partner with Rotary International(link is external) and Coca-Cola(link is external) to extend the reach of WASH programs. https://www.usaid.gov/ghana/water https://iwaponline.com/washdev/article/9/3/397/67971/Ghana-s-post-MDGs-sanitation-situation-an-overview do you want to check the horrors in your country |

adedehinbo: Your reasoning level is obviously low. It's not economical for a country to produce all that he consumes. You produce what you have comparative advantage over and import the ones you don't. What is cost of producing 1kg of rice in Nigeria and 1kg in Thailand? don't quote me again with your low IQ Biko. |

I won't say you are being emotional but you are really daft.
