Expect them to 'control-slow' the transaction processing and completion time henceforth. Nigeria has evil folks right, left and centre.

Each time you use USSD for balance check, transfer, recharge etc standard text messaging charges by service providers apply. The banks were paying the messaging charges but have now decided to tell the service providers to rather collect it from the customers henceforth.
