What is the use or implications for this kind of training?

Please how does this makes one a better soldier?
It's so sad that we still practice this "pinning" here in Nigeria.
This obviously won't help u in the battle field. Walahi it's just sad that we can be wicked to ourselves just because one is at a higher position that the other at the moment.
But honestly, NA should be humane during training to an extent. Although I fully support military drills and psychological training to anybody this

No try that one. U are not allowed to wear any thing apart from blue and black, was it not here that some complain that Adebayor guy chaw one of them because of a strip black underwear or singlet Something like that, showed from his shirt? And for the sweater, look closely they are all wearing sweater.......

Military weekend differs from civil weekend though. A soldier cannot travel on weekends unless he has pass. That doesn't mean that guys don't travel without pass, But if anything happens, while you are away during weekend without pass, you are on your own.

I agree you're free but technically not free, because unlike soldiers airforce guys except pilots and technicians seldomly get called up for emergencies most administrative guys are always catching cool but not outside the state ooo! you've to be around just incase.

I can take any nonsense from recruits/soldiers at least those once done see life not babies wey no go fit stand their ground when war start.
If SSC will train in new site, wallahi better trouble go dey for that base because I kno say most of those SSC esp the once coming in as soldiers go fight those kids to standstill and damn the consequences.

lol general you funny ooo...even the air force and army soldiers that were with us couldn't do a damm thing..na complain all of us dey complain for room but when we dey parade ground, when adebayo show like this..everywhere stew..
It wasn't even adebayo that slapped me, it was another prep winger that escorted the efcc cadets to come and eat...he just sharperly use 5 minutes to catch trips for us...those soldiers won't do anything cos one complaint and things will go bad...one drunk soldier was flogging us when we went for medicals and another soldier that was in the screening spoke up to him, last last the soldier in screening was beaten by the drunk soldier I think lance corporal or corporal Ibrahim..Nothing happened...NDA will always protect their own..

Instructors also use it to ascertain how long u can endure pain....the last dssc cadet also pin there head for at most 1hour....but SSC....u go pin am tire.

It appears some of us are looking down on Cadet Officers just because of their age but this action is wrong. A Cadet is an officer, an officer in training. Let's give them their due respect knowing that before April next year we also would be addressed with the title "Cadet Officer" by God's grace.

lol you'll be fine...it'll make the process of you getting used to it sweeter..not everybody went into training knowing how to do a lot of things..you'll just have to adapt when you get there...

It's very possible howbeit you must have a very well connected godfather in the class of MS and above..But for ordinary candidates it's never possible.
