I paid a so called Website designer to give meanings something that looks like 9jaflava.com but he gave me something different, I don't like it, I called him he said he has paid for the template and some other things which I don't know if it exist

Now I want to change the site to look like 9jaflava.com which looks simple and easy to navigate for visitors,
