For those that are still skeptical about which logistics agent to use. My experience with them so far has cleared my doubt on Tugrow services. They are better than I expected owing to the fact that some people has expressed dissatisfaction in their services on this thread. They may not be perfect, and I'm not saying those that expressed their reservations were lying... I'm simply saying that my experience with them is smooth and the customer care agents are swift in response.

But I have also noticed some things about Tugrow logistics and I think this is where confusions and uncertainties do come from. When I paid my commitment fee, I wasn't notified of the receipt. I was actually disturbing the customer care agent to let me know when the payment is received so I can pay up the balance before my 48hrs ultimatum. But while I was waiting for the receipt acknowledgement, I got a quotation and it landed in my spam box. I was frequenting my mail box for updates. I'm not used to checking my spam box cos most of the massages there are unsolicited, so at that point, I don't even know Tugrow sent me a message. When I asked the customer care agent again, he said that quotation has been sent to me. I was confused at first, so I had to check my spam box and it was true. It was sent 6hrs earlier.

Now I would advice, if u are doing any business with them, just be patient, even if ur payments haven't been confirmed, from time to time, check ur mail box and spam box. They may send u quotations without telling u that ur payments has been confirmed. So, feel free doing business with them


It's actually my first time and my ticket is still open... So, any update, I will tell the house.

If you are talking about Aliexpress integration it means that you want to take a step further into dropping. We can:
1. Integrate with Aliexpress so you can automatically import aliexpress products into your store and sell directly to your customers at your own price. You don't need to buy this products and ship to Nigeria. We will make it in a way that the product will show on your site as your own product with your own price tag on it. But when a customer orders the product, the Aliexpress supplier will ship the product directly to the customer while you keep your product.

2. Aside aliexpress we can also add same functionality for Ebay, Amazon, etc. We have clients who use this to sell electronics at wholesale prices to retailers. Most products on Konga and Jumia are not really present in Nigeria but you will see them and be like "they must be spending millions to import these things into Nigeria in large quantities."

So we had to place the order in another shop, the cost of the item that was missing was less than #1.5k, when it arrived after after about 2 weeks, they sent me a message to pay #2k+ and another #1k for waybill on an item that is weigh less than 0.5Kg and if it has arrived with the others I won't have spent a dime on it. That I should pay #3k+ for shipping and waybill for an item of less than #1.5k, who does that? The waybill that they did for me, they charged me #3.5K while they paid 2k to the transportation company. And I noticed that they inflate the weight of the items. Keep scamming people, nemesis will catch up with you soon.

This is pure scam unless @Tugrow is able to defend himself.
They misplaced the item and they should be reasonable enough to apologise and send you either the item or the money for the item at NO EXTRA COST.

Wow, this is exactly what i experienced with the last shipper i used, he charged me 5k for transport and my stuff was sent to another state entirely, inflated the weight of my goods and charged me so much, imagine shipping fee is like 75% of the total price of my order, i got into debt because of him, his name is lstar4real, very wicked fellow, i kept evidence of all that went down with the intention of dealing with him when I'm ready, since my last ordeal i haven't tried importing anything, he made my life miserable at that time.

They are pure scammers, just doing it in a coded way. Why would one send them 3k before they check the cost of the items that you sent them, if eventually there price is too much, you will forfeit your money. And besides, they add the local shipping cost before calculsting the 5% procurement charges, thereby increasing the cost of their service.

The people na pure scammers, I left the items for them let them take it. Since all the reaping that they have done to me is not enough, they still want to reap me again on a mistake from their own end. Let them continue scamming people, someday the will pay for all those scams.
