The man who hit Nigerian cross dresser, Bobrisky, has apologized for bashing his car and smashing his iPhone.

Bobrisky and a man had gone physical when the man hit his brand new Range Rover from behind and hit his iPhone 11 Max off his hand.

However, the man has now apologized with a video calling the incident a little misunderstanding took all the blame for himself.

My observation but from an Americans perspective.

1) A simple rear end collision. Non injury accidents are to be moved off of the roadway immediately. Both are at fault and could be ticketed.

2) RRD (Range Rover Driver): Placed his phone in close proximity of other drivers personal space.

3) OD (Other Driver): Defended his personal space by swathing phone away. Possibly an assault (RRD wouldn’t dare point a phone at a USA LEO though).

4) RRD: Escalated by entering ODs vehicle and committed robbery.

5) OD: Proceeded to take the law into his hands and tried to recover his properties that were robbed from him and caused an assault and battery on RRD in the process. (OJ Simpson did hard time for such).

Here’s the kicker, in step #3, if RRD simply states that “he was afraid and was trying to call 911” when OD stopped him by damaging the phone then it’s game over for OD. Attempt to stop someone from calling the police is a felony in most locale.
