With all due respect to the American and Nigerian advocates, can we kindly drop the argument as it’s derailing the thread. Let’s focus on the business of TBs. Many thanks. 13 Likes |

RealityShot: Oil dey your head sir. Even in USA and Canada, not everyone will live in some choice areas. In Toronto, houses are like $1m to $1.5m, alot of people vacate those places and go to Halifax, saskatoon, PEI etc to get a house of 300 to 500$k. I still maintain my stand that 10m is alot of money in Nigeria. Someone who is on a salary of N500,000 monthly, wont even see 5m at the end of the yr. Even somebody earning 1m everymonth, wont save up to N10m in a yr. Now the question is, how many Nigerians are earning between 500k to 1m monthly. I need an answer to this question. I have lived above 10m but that doesnt mean 10m is a trash. 8 Likes |

10m naira is a lot of money to a lot of people all over the world. I often live in Oakland California and Munich Germany and Lagos Nigeria. I must confess that every country has its advantages and disadvantages. But Nigeria remains one of the easiest and best countries to make lots of money if you have 10m with sense. You have more leverages in Nigeria. Europe and America are often overrated. 8 Likes |

Can I still buy treasury bills now? I haven't done it before. 1 Like |

Mekanus: You can still buy but that will be from the secondary market. If you want to buy from the primary market that will be by next week. Latest by Tuesday next week go to your bank and apply for Tbills from the primary market. You need a minimum of 100k if you bank with IBTC to buy Tbills. 5 Likes 1 Share |

OgogoroFreak:That's not my town. NYSC took me there, and in a bit to keep myself busy and save my allowee, I bought a bike with some money I saved and engaged myself. Though nobody know me in that town, that's the main reason I did the Okada. |

emmasoft:Thanks bro. I don't have account with IBTC guess I will have to go and open account with them. I bank with access/diamond and I'm not sure if they accept anything less than 1m for treasury bills. I will go and enquire tomorrow anyway. Gracias Amigo. |

Please, has anyone done fbn secondary market below 90 days recently? I have been going there to do secondary market, but they kept telling me that they don't have anything below 90 days for d amount I wanted to invest. I don't really know whether they are telling me the truth. |
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by trophee(m): 10:12am On Oct 22, 2019 |
Mekanus: You can buy Treasury Bills easily on i-Invest; an investment platform(mobile app) by Sterling bank PLC. The minimum you can use to purchase TBills is 50k. Setting up account on the platform is also pretty easy. Euro bonds are now also available on the platform. You can download the app on Playstore or walk in to any Sterling Bank for more info. 1 Like |

gift01:I mean, I want to do business. Being in the North, I have done some business which I failed. So, I want a mentor to introduce me in his line of business, I can do any legit business even if it means to import goods from South to the North. Ps: the money I was able to save was from depriving myself some things such as expensive shoes, phones, cloths, outings, etc. I want to dive into a business that can grow over time, but I need a mentor. I can go out of my comfort zone |
