Please who's recently (from July till date) got his LAUTECH MBA evaluated with ICES? A friend just got a negative report (Program not recognised by the NUC) shocked

I (and a lot of friends and colleagues) have earlier got a positive evaluation.

Quite strange.
Well, I think this is a new development. If you intend evaluating with ICES, it's adviseable you check from the recently published course accreditation list on NUC website cos it's obvious that's their current yardstick for (positive) evaluation.

http://nuc.edu.ng/postgraduate-accreditation-results/

Question is "what then is the fate of hitherto holders of positive evaluation before this development from ICES?"

Note the "date evaluation completed" in both reports.

It's interesting that you're asking this question now. Ralph Goodale was an MP and Minister of Public Safety. He used to help applicants check their application status, mainly "eligibility, criminality and security" stages (He has helped me too).

I say 'was' because according to BBC, "A key minister, Ralph Goodale, lost his seat in Regina, Saskatchewan after 26 years in Parliament."

Anyway, there are other MPs who could help.

PS: As Justin Trudeau will have to form a Liberal minority government, we should expect little to no changes to immigration process. That's good news to those of us from these parts.

You can follow minute by minute post-election updates at https://www.theguardian.com/world/live/2019/oct/22/canada-election-2019-justin-trudeau-faces-reckoning-as-polls-predict-close-result-live

Please can I have the email of any MP that can help? Thank you so much

WES has requested for verification from my former school UNIBEN.

What next step do I take , should I contact the exam's and record guys to follow up or I just wait?
And also do UNIBEN request for verification fee?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Stencil: 6:37pm On Oct 22, 2019
full-time : 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
equal amount in part-time: 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

I would suggest not using the word "part time" when you get your reference letter. Tell them to only put the correct number of hours you worked. Having full time hours and using the word part time might confuse the Agent/Officer. You don't want anything delaying your application.

Good Morning House,

I worked as a Locum Doctor (Part time) for about 32 hours a week, then after 6 weeks, I got a full time job in another hospital where I work for about 48 hours per week. Please can I combine both my part time and full time hour to make up one year work experience, bearing in mind that the combination of full time and part time add up to one year i.e. 12 Months.

Thanks

mine has been pending since almost 3 weeks but I called my transcript office today. Although, they are not in charge, the person I called being on leave, directed my details to the appropriate office.

You can try. I believe no harm.

To my elders on this forum.. Please advice me!! I submitted by application successfully a day to expiry of my ITA so I was unable to do treasury bills with my POF. Is it still possible to do it post AOR and upload my tbills certificate? How do I go about it? I hate to see my cash sitting idle in my account.

I’m not sure - but I guess if you input it when making your WES application they’d be able to guide you further?

Or you can search the thread to find out if anyone has had a similar situation.

Pls how did you submit your certificate to WES for evaluation? Through DHL or post office and how long does it usually take?

Thank for your continuous support.

Yes you can and there's no need to send the certificate since you already uploaded your statement.
