ofcourse,I stopped e hailing part time the day uber announced their 20 trips for 3 %,it's not just worth it anymore . Some people are still living in a bubble,coupled with the bad roads and flood ,it's just not worth that 30k a driver pays on rental,it's just slavery .

I know the reason for the low market lately is because of the recently sallah celebration, people are yet to receive salary to start taking Uber but that doesn't mean drivers should be pricing down rentals/hp like as if owners stole the car, if it was that easy owning a car, you would have yours already and not drive anyone's car.

My question to drivers is, If you own a car bought solely for Uber for about 2Million, will you give it out for 20,000 or 25,000?

Lazy drivers who cannot think outside the box in term of positioning and job ethic, Can't complain of bad car would rather want to short change owners and most owners who fall victim of these set of Nairaland drivers are women who know nothing about the business or men who bought cars for Uber but their 9-5 job wouldn't let them monitor thier investment closely. I understand your point and attempt to make the biz look lucrative as before, but you can't deny the fact that there are more drivers on the platform now, not even talking about Oride/Opay which has also taken reasonable chunk of the riders from uber/taxify. Recently, Gazzuzz said he had used Oride for like 20 times or so in that week, the same purpose for which he was using uber/bolt before.
