Sanwo Olu didn't uttter anything about Ambode and from his stance and focus, Ambode is irrelevant.

Unfortunately for you, you practically posted a den say den say fabrication credited to a nameless and faceless source, not Sanwo Olu himself.

Stop peddling rumors and fabricated lies.

we have a confused government in this state. how could a governor purchased more buses when the one Ambode bought has not been totally disbursed? Abi I'm wrong ni? the roads are terrible to drive on and you're buying buses again. I just hope we have not enter "one chance" government. if by this period this government didn't her policies right then we are in very long thing.

You mean they should not provide means of transportation until all the roads in Lagos are fixed maybe 100 years from now?

In fact, the buses are for dedicated BRT lanes on major roads and highways and last time I checked they are mostly free of potholes.

It is not by force to criticize or display uneccesary bad bele.

BRT systems are more useful than public busses for the transport of people and to reduce traffic congestion. The provision of a dedicated lane helps them avoid traffic jams and time lost at red light stops. However, they also must be efficient with the provision of two lanes, no traffic light stops and a bi-lane system that allows busses to travel to and from destinations.

That being said donating busses to a private company is suspicious and the money could have been better spent in other ways.

Let's not be party to executive recklessness. The buses are paid for with taxpayer's funds. They should not be handed over to a private business.

If a government is going to import 1.6 million buses, doesn't it make sense to set up an assembly plant locally so jobs can be created?

In any case, why not patronize Innoson who already assembles buses locally or revive Anammco at Enugu or Steyr in Bauchi?

Yes,because the oil they would use and the population the seaport is serving is for lagosians only?

If Lagos is demanding independence, what will Niger Delta do?

Lagos should demand independence because of a sea port and become a mini Lome or port novo.

Afterll, they both have ports.

According to Fola Tinubu, the Managing Director, Primero Transport Limited, "the governor’s gesture would not only cushion the effect of fuel price, but it would also stabilize transport fares".

The 800 buses acquired by Ambode are not part of the Lagos BRT scheme. Instead, they were placed under the management of the Lagos Bus Service Limited (LBSL).

This is one of the issues Ambode has with the Tinubu, it's gradually getting clearer.
