OT: HappyPagan and LordReed, do/have you play(ed) Grand Theft Auto, The Sims, Fortnite?
Started playing GTA V about a month ago. It's such a wonderful game. The world is so interactive. Sometimes I drive around and just marvel at how beautiful and organized the towns and cities in the game are. Then I compare with my city and just shake my head.

I played fortnite for a while, but never really got into it. Pubg is what got me into battle royale though, was almost immediately displaced when COD came out.

Have you played Dead Cells? If you love pain, anger, and living on the edge, you might love it. Also, Borderlands is good too. I'm on the first one.

There isn't really "one" main method of playing it. The character Spock from the Star Trek series plays it and fans of the series have set different rules for the game. One even uses an extension of the standard algebraic board layout, employing a "z-cordinate" numbered from 1 to 7, notating the possible board levels on the gameboard.

Here are some other 3D chess rules:

Hmm. Perhaps I wasn't I guess. Had a break part of that time. Over the years though I find we wax and wane and evolve over time and since the elections things have somewhat died down.

Is it just me or is the religion forum getting boring? No more christian apologists. Just failed prophets, braindead zombies and twisted clowns parading the place nowadays...

There is only so many ways an argument can made or restated before it becomes frayed and since Christians are not encouraged to reason based on facts, it's going to become boring after awhile.

My goal is to transition to talking about secular motivation (motivation for those recovering from religion) and matters that are completely free of the mention of god or religion.

I still got love for PC games. Will check these out.

Hmmm, sounds intriguing. Hope they don't have all that timer bullshit that mobile games have.

Check out Warframe first, its fully FTP while Destiny 2 has paid aspects.

You can just ask you know. buda is a theist. The knowing sort, the sort who lives by God's Words, and not a mere believer who live on bread alone. As we say over in Islam, "if all the trees and oceans were multiplied seven times they cannot complete the Words God wrote", and". And since by the Word were all things created which includes you and enemies even moreso, I try not to have enemies or I'd have to love far too many people than I possibly could.

You and I ported at the turn of the year, or do you not remember? I note you flipfloped not long after and those "Christians", least some of them, do not exactly worship the bits that say "Do my Will", and "Love the enemies", and so would not have me as you might see here. So you'd find me amongst you Gentiles and less amongst the Jews. Just like Christ, dare I say, who also was not accepted by his own and was found amongst the lepers and the tax collectors and the hellbound pagan Samaritans of whom he said, "Go and do likewise".

Played GTA V and The Sims 3 but had to stop cos I just couldn't engage on long play sessions like i used too. I just couldn't get with Battle Royale games even though I like games like Battlefront and COD.

You must have checked out 7 Habits of Highly Successful People by Stephen R Covey. Not many know he was a Christian, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to be exact, but not a word of religion or God in his fantastic book on what I'd have called the Biblical Fruits of the Spirit.

I guess its the Zen in me. We worship the God of those we are amongst. Thankfully Christianity calls for the same thing, for inasmuch as I do unto you that I see before me, God who art in heaven whom I see not is done unto and pleased.

It seems I have to pause my ignore mode for a bit because when it comes to sickness, there are no enemies.

So it's good to know that you are feeling a little better, and i hope you'd be back to your full strength by the end of this week.

Though don't fail to keep me updated concerning this, so I can revert to my ignore mode once more. grin

Well, I'm good and I hope you get good soon.

You know those days, we used to envy the sick when they were being given all those attention, care, especially those goodies, the beverages, friuts, and what not. But then they would be rejecting everything and we'd be like, I wish I was in those sick shoes.

But then when we got sick ourselves, we'd also find ourselves doing the exact same thing.

So we now know better and no longer wish to be in someone's sick shoes.

God bless.

You know you will be my first Johny, though you'd be given way to by my Lord whom I fear! (Or should that have been the other way round my Lord?)

We need to get beyond the language barrier though, since we seem to not currently understand each others words and mine rub you the wrong end, I think. And it would have to be far beyond the sort of dik waging done by the person who called me out in this thread, as not many appear capable of withstand my excessively drooopy tits!

I never had the pleasure, jr, "envy the sick when they were being given all those attention". My side was the po emptying and the ass washing and the afterbirth disposing and the dead cleansing and the consolation of those the dead had left behind.

Ma was a nurse, see. And the sick in my neighbourhood were poor. And ma had this "open the door to the sick and the poor" policy, and the "we are all spending public holidays at Igbogi Hospital" policy, and nothing puts one off envying the sick than you're 9 and the neighbours are wailing and banging "help me please" at the door at 3am and you're watching people without a dime in pain and dying in front of you or yelling for hours, "get this fuqing thing out of me" at their baby or their cancer.

I guess that was my preparation for rejoicing in the Lord when I went through it myself. I assure you its the sort of thing one only can wish on one's worst enemies, except, even those I do not have so must be thankful in all things even now that I fall down on the streets and poo and pee myself because my legs and my bowel and my bladder do no more hearken unto me.

Isn't the Lord Most Merciful and Infinitely Wise, says I. I could after all be dead and missing all the fun we have here!

Thanks for your consideration Johny, but I'm sorry because i already have my hands full with my one on one "deactivate your moniker" deal with Buda, if undeniable miracles don't take place here in Nairaland before the end of this year.

So that's what I'm focusing on right about now, because should that take place by any chance, that should spice up this religious section more than any one on one debate, don't you think?

Maybe that would be my own way of bringing your wishes for this section to pass.

Thanks and God bless you bro.

Oh, my dear jnr. Alas, you do work to avoid deactivating while I just need sit and watch you work as time goes pass since I am well assured that I will be here come the assigned time unless that which you claim shall come to pass indeed comes to pass.

But let me not belabor you meanwhile. Please get on with that which concerns you least the appointed time come to pass and you accuse buda of standing in the way and not letting that which you prophesied come to pass. buda wishes you Godspeed in your belaboring in the next 2 months and a week and a few of minutes that thou has left.

Sorry everyone for doing this here. I shall stop derailing and remove further responding on this subject with jnr to some other more appropriate place.
