For Perezuche's case, I hv never had any dealings with him & don't wish to after all the complaints here but I believe anyone who's really close to him should 1st check up on him to know if nothing bad happened & if he's OK then that same friend should talk some sense into him to change his ways & address all pending transactions he may have with his customers. These kind of quotes leaves a deal hunter in a difficult situation to sell items. It makes the Buyer feel the deal hunter is looking for outrageous profit, here's why.

You post a laptop which a potential buyer sees as 55k cost price, the deal hunter places 90k TLC, the buyer looks at the price difference then feel the deal hunter is trying to be greedy then backs out since he has seen the purchase price you posted and what the deal hunter is asking.

To clear the air, you hardly point out there's addition 80$ - $100 added to that purchase price which is for pickup charge and shipping. That's extra N30, 400 - 38,000

So the genuine price cost of this laptop is 55, 000 + 30, 400 = N85,400

A Buyer who see your post of 55k can't tell the Deal Hunter is only making N4,600 if he places TLC at 90k.
That's just a basic example.

I hope you give it a second thought.
