Disney has released, and will release more R-rated movies whether they're affiliated directly or otherwise through studios which they own. 21st 20th Century Fox being one of them.

My original argument is that Disney PRODUCES and DISTRIBUTES R-rated films. Them being creatively affiliated with said films is irrelevant. The fact that Disney is Disney won't stop 21st Century Fox from making R-rated content.

Disney doesn't produce and distribute them,that's the job of these subsidiaries/divisions...Disney is the parent company perhaps that's what is confusing you but they are not the ones in charge of distribution and production that's why you won't see the Disney logo on those movies
