Sometimes I wonder if you people really make reaserch before spewing out words. .. copper heads are only found in North America..

Oga, don't be cunning. He said it is a Puff Adder, which is a specie of Viper.
You said Viper and did not mention the specie of Viper. So you are right to call it a Viper but wrong to have tried to correct him without mentioning the specie.
Now in your reply, you have stated it is a Gabon Viper. Whether you are right or wrong about the specie is none of my business. Thanks.

that is not a python but a gaboon viper it has the longest fangs in the snake kingdom,if I see such I will look for my Cutlass fast.no animal rights,no cuddling,instant execution.

Gaboon vipers are extremely tolerant snakes almost as if you're handling a non venomous snake. They rarely bite.

It is paramole. Manumanu is longer than this and not poisonous. I lived in the village and catch them alot and know them like my 123.

In Igbo language, it's "echi di'uti." Meaning: tomorrow is far! The victim dies almost instantaneously!
