Which heartbreak?

If he ends up declaring for England, he won't be the first or the last and the sun would still rise in the east and set in the west. The earth will still rotate about its axis and revolve round the sun. So, what does it change. We move on to the next one wink smiley

The guy will taunt Nigeria as much as he could and end up discarding Nigeria

Tammy Abraham situation will be a joke to this. Watch out grin

I am not doubting you but what I am saying is that it still won't change a single thing and Super Eagles will still be existing.

Eze tolling the Tammy route

Can anybody actually blame him, If these reports are found to be true.

Nobody will know the things that went on in the background that have discouraged him, about playing for Nigeria.

Eze committed very early on but we the NFF didn't show committment to him.

Just imagine a championship player trying to prove stubborn. Komekn and Chriskel were trowing tantrum at the NFF and rorh as if Ebere eze is a world class player.

I pray this news is not true if not i will feel very disappointed.

It's not about Championship player.

It's about an outstanding player that Nigeria needs.

Ebere Eze should f#ck off. We are trying to help his career and he's forming messi.

How are you helping his career

It's something many don't appreciate here that these boys do not need the SE to give thier careers a boost. They don't need the SE to create create awareness about them.

The careers of Fikayo, Ovie, Ojo, Tega, etc ere not underpinned by performing for the SE. It's what you do on the field consistently and with outstanding performances that gets you noticed.

Commuted when he was nobody right.
Was he any better than those playing for us then is my question to you.

Did he commute to the English FA during that time too I ask you.

see some looty words you spill up on your last paragraph... to you, you've said or raised valid points...
you should know a full fledged international command more respect than a non-international...
if there is nothing to gain from this... why are players all jostle to get call ups by their descent nations..

check very well you'll see the desire and quest to be an international amongst this players.

I stand by my word.. Brendan Rodgers isn't a genius. . U may have better knowledge of the tactical aspects of football than me, but Rodgers was Liverpool manager for over 3 years and he did nothing out of the extraordinary. . Give him this current Liverpool or Man City team and he won't win u the league...

Ur obsession with attacking football is the main reason u are in love with the man...

I already stated it in the post u quoted about how Rodgers failed at Liverpool. He couldn't find a decent replacement for Suarez,he signed players anyhow and discarded them anyhow .
That's not how geniuses do...
He has already discarded of Iheanacho...

Bye bye to Ebere eze

QPR Ebere Eze Ask For More Time Before Committing His Future To Nigeria After Talks With Rohr

England youth international and QPR midfielder Ebere Eze has requested for more time to be given to him before he can decide on representing Nigeria at senior level , Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.
Rohr spoke with the midfielder few days ago about teaming up with the Super Eagles for the AFCON 2021 Qualifiers games against Benin Republic and Lesotho respectively but he felt the move came too sudden.

Eze reportedly told the coach he will need time to decide on the offer, which means he could miss out on a chance to play for Nigeria next month. His answer came as a shock to the coach judging by the fact that he trained with the Super Eagles in 2017, a year before he played for England at U20 level.

Despite not committing his future to Nigeria yet, reports has it that Eze could accept an invitation to play for England U21 which will complicate his chances of playing for Nigeria as he will now require a clearance from FIFA as the next game for the England youth team is a competitive fixture.

” Eze has spoken with Rohr but no decision has been made on his inclusion in the team for the upcoming games. I think he knows if he plays in the game he’s committed to Nigeria for life as it’s a competitive game.
“However we are hoping he makes up his mind on time before the squad list is released. If he decide to stick with England where he is about to be called up to their U21 team base on what we heard then we wish him all the best”, a chieftain of the Nigeria Football Federation
I won't blame him if this is true. We had ample opportunities to invite him before this but no ooo... Rohr kept testing CMs when he should've been looking for an AM.

i think eze wants to remain in the good books of the english fa which is likely to pave way for him to an epl club in the winter or summer window by sticking with their u21 side for the moment.

he really need to weigh his options because breaking into the current 3 lions team will be a tough task for him judging by the the quality they have in his position on the pitch. he will have to battle with mount, barkley, maddison, chamberlain, lingard and even uncapped grealish for a place in the team while in the u21 willock is rated ahead of him.

I think the nff and rohr should give him enough time to decide on whats best for him. ovie ejaria should be contacted as well

I don't blame ROHR bro...
if he can't choose to play for us now...then when is the commitments.

after all he didn't get a 3 lions call up self...
refusing to play for the super eagles all.because of under 21 call ups doesn't make sense.....at all.
he has since declare to play for us...and now the call up comes in...he declined.

ROHR did no wrong here..the call up was timely...but it will be on record we once called him... it will be like Nadum Onouha who wanted play for the 3Lions

I repeatedly hammered that Iheanacho - Rodgers relationship should not be about playing time but getting to master the system which is mostly horned in training.

Meanwhile how exciting is EPL Leicester currently above Manchester city in the table albeit it momentarily.

Brendan Rogers has proven his top class management pedigree.

The season we almost won the league under Rodgers,we scored 101 goals and conceded 50 ..
That poor defending costed us the title...then Suarez left and the man brought in Benteke and Balotelli... Genius Indeed.
He had no idea how to utilize the talents at his disposal.. na to use and dump...

If Klopp decides to leave Liverpool today,I'll rather have Gerrard replace him than to bring Rodgers back... And I can bet my balls that majority of Liverpool fans share the same opinion...

In Klopp first season in charge,he took us to the Europa league and league cup final with the same squad Rodgers was struggling to beat league 2 teams with...

Once he plays for the under 21, he will need a switch and that will be another complicated process.

This is his best chance.

I didn't say playing for Nigeria will devalue his worth but making reference to the politics in the English FA. Eze as a young player is trying to do what it's best for his career elevation at the moment.

Aina as of the time he change allegiance wasn't tipped for the top after having an average loan spell at hull before torino snapped in up on loan and the move was made permanent afterwards. Their case is different because Eze is one of the best in the championship this season and you don't expect the English FA to fold their arms and watch him slip off their fingers

Alot of this European nations are following the steps of victorious French team at the last world cup in order to build a formidable team and as well have a rich depth of talented players at their disposal which is the main reason the mad rush to cap players of foreign ancestry is on the rise of late.

This FA's go all out to promise this lads mouth watering incentives which comes with alot of previledge in their clubs as home grown talents that enhances their career progression and value.

Without mincing words Eze stands a chance of having a great career with the super eagles but I think what is making him lean to the English for now is for the sake of his young career.

My advise to rohr and the nff is not to give up on him. I think a visit to speak with him may do the magic, also involving the likes of Iwobi, Aina and Aribo in the discussion will make him decide fast
