squeeze liquid out of ugwu and add it with liquid milk or u take sachet tomatoes and mix with malt. I tried the tin tomatoes and malt for 3 days during my first pregnancy, went back to check my PC and it increased.

Sex:My baby closed legs, I was even asked to exercise up and down the stairs so that baby can be disturbed but baby still closed legs oo.
Nb: Cappo am not happy oo if you see me now eehhh my face no be here oo, dark pimpled big face and nose. Dh will sometimes say hey your then fine pointed nose don big pass my own oo, if nah so your face dey when I first met you I wouldn't have come close oo. Please is there any diy someone can do to at least fine small for face abeg. February is too far to be this ugly all the way.
Awwwww, don't mind dh, it's the joy of motherhood. You will get your fine face back, no one dare call you ugly and if any one should dare, you shake your bombom for the person. Mine is big fat varicose veins, very scary something, try and count it all as joy. I'm sure there are some part of you that got finer, mine is boobies, I use it to compensate.

Actually garden egg leaves are more effective than ugu for PCV issues. Work faster especially when eaten with little to no cooking

I weak as I read her post, I have been taking it since I got preggy and I should be selling blood sef cheesy.

Mama my advice is for you to calm down and rest. Not all spotting leads to miscarriage. Mama's on this thread have warned against that ingredient, please be careful of what to consume in pregnancy next time.

Nothing will happen to your baby, you will carry to term and deliver safely in Jesus name.

If you are still bothered you can have a scan or see a doctor to put your mind at rest.

So I think mamas should take it, it was also advised in my antenatal

Let me come here and Rant small jawe, Y is it that people find it difficult to face their own issue and stay clear other people's matter? Me wey think am keeping this Pregnancy a secret even my mum is mot aware and she keeps calling everyday and praying for me(plan telling telling her next month ending though), the only people that know about this is myself, hubby , our pastor, people here(faceless forum) and my TTC sister(faceless forum also)... A colleague chatted me dis morning on Whatsapp telling congrats o that even though I don't tell her but she don know, I asked her tell about what? Only for her to tell me shebi am pregnant(though she informed me last 2weeks wen she got pregnant) but that u are comfortable telling me doesn't mean I shd tell u, I decided to keep my life, family as a secret as I don understand that not everyone loves you truely....As she was talking I know deny neither did I accept what she was saying was true... She told almost all the staff in her section are aware and that it was someone from my section who told them, tell me who told u she said lailai....This were same people that gossiped about me during my TTC period o, I just told her to go back and tell them to leave me alone and face their lives as I owe no body explaination abt my life....

Am so angry right now, even though Hubby asked me to just free d matter I wish I can know d source of the information and gave him/her piece of my mind.

Biko do as your hubby suggested, you don't need the stress because you'll be seeing them almost everyday. Had one annoying man in my office then that was bent on telling everyone I was pregnant because he noticed it early. This is how I used to respond to him.

Him: You're pregnant
Me: You're the one that is pregnant.
Him: Hormones are disturbing you
Me: It's you that hormones are disturbing.
Him: This your pregnancy is up to 4months, I know because I have experience.
Me: It's your own pregnancy that's almost at due date, can't you see your pot belly.

People always want to show off their experience when it comes to spotting pregnancy, as if anyone is offering prizes. And them wanting to be the one to announce it to everyone is what's really annoying.

From what I've been told and experienced it's better to

Steam the veggies combo e.g. ugu and scent leaf or water leaf with dried fish, okporoko or just penty crayfish. Eat as is or with any staple of your choice but let the veggies be the bulk of your meal.

Squeezing the juice works well too but most people don't tolerate the taste.

If you must take the juice please heat it up slightly and DON'T add milk. Milk diminishes it's efficacy.

Garden egg leaf eaten raw works wonders.


I had very low pcv during my first pregnancy and went from 27 to 36 in 2 weeks by taking garden egg leaf and astymin tabs(prescribed by doc).


If you start now chances of it boosting before your due date is very possible.

Woooooowwww, April was really good to us one of us ported to March and we had 1 porter from March and 3 porters from May cheesy cheesy.
