Boss I want to switch to digital banking, I was about to settle for rubies b4 I saw alat on this page. Rubies has massive good testimonies on Twitter, they offer 0 monthly deductions, no ATM card maintenance fee, free atm card which they send to u free as well. HV u had any experience with rubies nd which would you advise one to go for.

Rubies offers verve card for now which can only be used locally. Alat offers MasterCard instead which can be used on any platform. Alat is better if u don't mind N52.5 ATM maintenance fee

Everybody here that had listened to the first 2 reviews will wholeheartedly agree with me that this is much more better. Gradually you are getting there, this time your flow and the beats is much better. I will advice you add more rhymes like the first line (finally the rn7 successor, with upgrades like a new processor) is very cool, it's so on point. I'm really impressed.

Digital wellbeing is android pie features
I've been using it since last year on LOS 16(android pie) for HTC M8

Yeah. I was actually referring to its implementation in MIUI, seems it was muted in MIUI 10 phones running on pie

Ok so i noticed some few nifty features in MIUI 11 which are really cool i guess. Note my device is redmi 7a and some other devices can have more features than it.

** There are shortcuts to different settings, like you get suggestions to relevant settings. it reminds of me LG UX nd OneUi, very similar.
** One can also choose to blur app preview in Recents, i like this as this allows for privacy
** Dark mode can be scheduled too, you can set the time for when you want it activated and deactivated. Cool.
** There is a "special features" settings under phone settings where you get the brand new game Turbo and option to choose apps where you want access to be able to use quick replies in the notifications.
** Inclusion of digital wellbeing(dunno if the other higher models have it on their phone but it came with MIUI 11 on my phone)
** Brand new settings for sounds and vibrations (almost same with oxygen Os)
** Option to choose a notification style too ( MIUI or Android), I prefer android though as it looks pleasing to my eyes
** You can also choose how your clock is aligned if you are using stock theme under lock screen settings
** There is another option for battery indicator, you can choose to have it next to the icon instead of inside the icon.
** Stock fonts look bolder and bigger

These and many more under the hood changes.
Since you've noticed the changes, maybe you would be able to answer my question about MIUI 11.

Do notifications now stay permanently at the top of the screen or you only find them when you swipe down the notification bar?
It's one feature I really love about MIUI

Redmi 7A is not a notched phone. Only users on Redmi 7 EU ROM that should be able to answer that question.

Instead of Rubies, I'll pick Kudabank.

I kinda prefer Kudabank to ALAT self. The only downside with KUDABANK is, they only issue verve card for now. Ask giddiebery, he's enjoying Kudabank.

ALAT still make deductions monthly with respect to ATM maintenance and SMS alert (although, you can deactivate this).

Rubies have similar mode of operation with Kuda bank but Kuda bank comes top (I use both Rubies, Kuda and ALAT).

It's kind of tiring writing all of that over and over again when the question is asked. When I found this thread, I had to read over a hundred pages away from the most recent page to know what's happening on the thread. Many can't do that, they just bump into the thread and ask questions. As for the LTE Bands he may not understand if he's not willing to read more about it; and even a side loaded google play services can't function like a follow come cause it won't be certified by google. Hence, some apps may not work properly on the phone. A good example is "DSTV Mobile app". No matter how hard you try, it won't work.

My brother, we don talk this taya. Jboixxx even did a compilation thread sef. But trust Nigerians. Them no go agree to read. Reading is a cardinal sin to us.

I should be able to help you get that update.

If you register as a MI PILOT tester today, you should get the update in 1 or 2 days time if you are using EU ROM.

Scratches are due to user handling. Many people use screen guard to avoid scratch/screen breakage! So, the choice of using screen guard or otherwise is strictly for users to make.
