Are you lying and making baseless accusations against Tinubu because you love Tinubu? You don't lie and make baseless and unfounded allegations against the people you love.

You people keep making elementary mistakes and assumptions.

Tinubu is not your leader, he's a private citizen like you, he's not a public official or in any leadership position within the government of Nigeria and he's not making any official decisions or formulating government policies and programs to affect your life.

Your leaders are your governors, your ministers, your agency directors, LG chairmen and so on.

There can not be any guilt or no guilt where ZERO crime was committed.

2 former APC governors are in jail today for corruption and there are many currently on trial.

Maina was just sent to prison yesterday.

The discussion is about Tinubu, not people like Tinubu.

If you have a list of the laws that Tinubu violated or the crimes he committed, share your list with us.

It's ok to peddle your opinion, but not your own baseless and unfounded facts.

Did you actually read my statement very well, that he currently doesn't hold a public position now does not exonorate him from being part of the leadership problems we have been having in Nigeria. He was once a governor and currently an APC leader. If he can use his position as an APC leader to place his boys in top government positions, he can as well influence government policies directly or indirectly through those his boys.

As for making baseless allegation against people I love. That I love a quality in a person doesn't mean I will foolishly support every action of that person blindly.

As for those in jail, Joshua Dariye and Jolly Nyame are not top elite politicians and Maina is a civil servant. That only 2 ex governors have been convicted for corruption since this democratic dispensation is a testament to how our judicial system works. That is why I said nothing will come out of this case.

Even though this case will be difficult to prove in a court of law, we all know what the bullion vans were meant for on that occasion. If you really have conscience and mean well for this country, you won't come out in a public forum like this to defend such act. There is always a limit to tribal and party sentiments. We are Nigerians first and need to stand up to these greedy politicians, if not for our sake, then for the future generation.

Like I always say - the law will run its course. No shaking.

[s]Here is what we know for sure:
- Tinubu is not occupying any office in government.
- Nobody is accusing him of taking their money.
- No bank is saying their Bullion van was hijacked.
- Nobody know how much is the van. It can be empty for all we know.
- Tinubu have enough financial muscle to put 1 million (1,000,000) and ask for it to be deliver with a van.
- The PDP are so empty that all they can only get sustained on Noise[/s].

I just pity this Deji on this futile journey he has embark on. I hope he knows what a third-party evidence means in the law Court? I will be here when court will ask him to proof the content of what he presumed to be a bullion van and how much is inside. I am not a lawyer, but I can bet with anyone that he will pay damages that will cost him what he never expected.

You just made my point. You have no evidence or claim a crime was committed. You are only continue the lame emotional outburst that has plagued the PDP in its role as an opposition party.

A bullion van entered Tinubu's house, we know that. Now answer the following questions:
- How much was in the van? (You don't know)
- Is Tinubu holding any office in government? (None)
- Is it a crime for Bullion Van to enter his compound? (No)
- Did anyone accuse him of stealing their money or hijacking their van? (No and No)
- If Tinubu tell you that just 1,000,000 was in the van, do you have a contrary evidence? (No)
- Apart from emotions and childish tantrums, do you any evidence crime was committed? (No)

That's why we want EFCC to investigate so we will all know what and how much it is.

no man can stand in the front of a running elephant. Tinubu is not a man to mess with. Many have tried including two former president and a former senate president. Whom are all no longer valid in Nigeria politics. Even Dino Melaye is now running in circle and trying to mend his ways. Who ever go against tinubu end up losing more even our current president once try to sideline him and his house started falling. Buhari was smart enough to sacrifice the former Apc national chairman and quickly embrace Tinubu.

If they arrest you, calm down and present your case. They can accuse you all they want, that will not change the facts. Many people have cars and are working free.

The reason many people give bribe is because they don't have patience to see the matter through. Others are avoiding further investigation in order not to expose other crimes.

But I strongly advise, stay calm and plea your case to the end.
It is exactly what you are saying they want tinubu to do simple

Bullion van Carrie's money, electoral materials and ammunition.

If he says the content wasn't money then, what was it?

If he says it was electoral materials...people would ask..sir, since when has you house become the CBN?

If he says the content was money and it belongs to him as he claimed when interviewed by the press that day...people would ask, is his house now a commercial bank?

And if he says yes, it contained munitions, people would ask...is your house now barracks?

Bola tinubu is in soup. When your yam yields big, you close your mouth with 2 hands, when eating it...its a local adage.

Lol. You are quite funny. If Bola Tinubu was using bullion van to launder money or election materials what makes you think the presidency wasn't aware?

Do you know how many secrets he has concerning the last presidential election which tribunal has gone to the Supreme court and waiting judgement?

If you really think Tinubu is in soup then it seems you are not a Nigerian.

Ordinary yahoo online fraudsters, how many of them have been jailed?

The onus will be on the person alleging to prove that the bullion vans were actually carrying money and not sensitive APC party documents. (Oh BTW do you know you can actually rent a bullion van for yourself if you've got the money, as well as armed escorts?)

See, Nigerian is beyond salvaging. Nothing good can come from the three arms of government, the executive, legislative and judiciary. Corruption is our watchword in Nigeria and our motto is "steal but never get caught. And if you do get caught, make sure you have stolen enough to bribe the judge and pay your fine".

Inasmuch as I would love to see Tinubu go down, he won't go down for this.

There's no proof that bullion vans entered his home. All we see are pictures, which could have been doctored. And if there are videos, there had better be videos of money being unloaded from the bullion vans otherwise, no case.

That's the sad truth.

2. Renting a bullion van is not a crime or against the law

3. Tinubu is not a public official and he did not steal or loot any money from you, from your state or from any bank

U are accusing others of not knowing d contents of d bullion van when even u urself don't even no.

Second, pls keep ur emotions to urself, stop trying to dodge & respond to d issues I raised rationally. All u have didn't answer a single question I raised. Remember, d questions I asked were only a follow up to d earlier comment u made.

Once again, here are d questions I asked:

Still contradicting urself u said "Tinubu have enough financial muscle to put 1 million (1,000,000) and ask for it to be deliver with a van." In what currency pls?"

You'd do well to direct your question to Tinubu or Adeyanju the petitioner himself.

Besides in my post I did mention what the vans could be said to be carrying. Maybe you should read it again.

Oh, OK. He mentioned money. Did he mention how much though? EFCC could trace where the bullion vans originated from using plate number. Still, who's going to say how much was in the van especially if there was no manifest attached to the bullion van or the manifest has been doctored to reveal something like #2,000,000 and some sensitive documents.

Let's assume that the EFCC found out that there were billions in the vans, then what next? Implicate the president, their boss? Cos you can be sure that Tinubu won't go down alone especially if the power to kill the investigation lies with the presidency, which it does.
