You'd do well to direct your question to Tinubu or Adeyanju the petitioner himself.

I'm just giving you different scenarios that might play out. I wasn't the driver of the said vans.

Besides in my post I did mention what the vans could be said to be carrying. Maybe you should read it again.

Did u direct ur enquiries to Tinubu & Adeyanju b4 u did this?:

As I said due to political exigencies, PDP are preying on emotions of the masses. There no crime alleged. All I see is hate and jealousy.

Nobody here has told us what crime has been committed when a bullion Van entered the compound.

Keep wailing guys.

Direct your questions to either your Buhari/APC/YAhooCC.

Clown!

Something tells me that there is an indirect hand using fronts to teach Tinubu a very good lesson.
Use Adeyanju,a public self acclaimed human rights activist to deliver a legitimate petition and EFCC later comes out to claim it is investigating the petition as it's legally bound to.
If Tinubu back tracks from his rumoured presidential ambition, the petition dies a natural death. If he doesn't backtrack, then credible and substantial evidence would be made known,to be based on this petition and "others" that Tinubu has been a fraud all his political career.
This is it. Well said.

Tinubu is the most corrupt man in African history. GEJ did not have the balls to ensure he was properly investigated. Buhari is different that's for sure

He's the most corrupt man in history, but you can not list I single corrupt act.

The only corrupt people are the people like you making corrupt allegations without facts or any evidence.

That is EFCCs job, EFCC love chasing small fish like yahoo boys etc but the big big fish that swallow billions they leave alone.

Tinubu is one of thousands of those big fish

Gulf war oil windfall 12billion dollars vanished in thin air. Babangida and his boys chop and clean mouth.

Read it again sir - "This means that every cash transaction over 5,000,000 must be done via a financial institution"

All you need to solve this is instruct your Bank to deliver the cash. And if you do it through the capacity of your Company - you will even have more latitude.

So, renting BV means cash cash transaction?

Even if he transported money exceeding 5 million in the van, it means it wasn't bank transaction and the bank itself assigned the Vans to deliver the money to his house?

You people keep fishing for fish inside empty water without fish.

You can not fabricate your own criminal activity where there's non.

Exactly. If you go to major markets - traders transact millions of cash in and out of banks daily.

I believe these guys are just jealous and opponents wish to pitch public sentiments against Tinubu's speculated 2023 ambition.

Please you before should ignore this 2 kids here, I wonder when investigation amounts to prosecution, what is Bullion van doing in someone's house on the eve of election, that is a call for serious investigation.

If they arrest you, calm down and present your case. They can accuse you all they want, that will not change the facts. Many people have cars and are working free.

The reason many people give bribe is because they don't have patience to see the matter through. Others are avoiding further investigation in order not to expose other crimes.

But I strongly advise, stay calm and plea your case to the end.

But Tinubu will not get jailed because he did not commit any crime and there's no law that says you as a private citizen can not rent a BV or have a BV transport your valuables election or no election.

Was Tinubu at the polling stations sharing money? No.

They are the usual Tinubu hating and obsessed tribal bigots, PDP as a party won't push this rubbish because they know it's a dead end and many of them are even Tinubu's errand boys, the jokers peddling this rubbish are jobless twitter residents, online miscreants and tribal bigots on NL and other social media platforms.

Victims defrauded by Yahoo boys often petition FBI, Interpol and EFCC.

You can't defraud someone of even ordinary #1 Million Naira and expect him/her to keep quiet.

You just made my point. You have no evidence or claim a crime was committed. You are only continue the lame emotional outburst that has plagued the PDP in its role as an opposition party.

A bullion van entered Tinubu's house, we know that. Now answer the following questions:
- How much was in the van? (You don't know)
- Is Tinubu holding any office in government? (None)
- Is it a crime for Bullion Van to enter his compound? (No)
- Did anyone accuse him of stealing their money or hijacking their van? (No and No)
- If Tinubu tell you that just 1,000,000 was in the van, do you have a contrary evidence? (No)
- Apart from emotions and childish tantrums, do you any evidence crime was committed? (No)
some are so daft dt they believed bullion van can be taking to any individual house which is not commercial bank, Nigerians think straight.

Your screenshot destroyed your own argument.
It says "it is illegal for any individual to accept or make cash payments that exceed N5,000,000" and that cash over 5 million must be done through financial institution.

Now tell me, do you have evidence that Tinubu paid or receive from any individual a sum exceeding N5million?
Are you insinuating that the bullion van that supplied the cash was not from any financial institution?

Your post is misleading sir.
1) Hiring Bullon vans to transport money to and from bank is not illegal.

2) Private/ Commercial ventures like Petrol Stations or large scale distributors of consumer products also use bullon vans to take money to Banks.

3) Individuals can withraw millions in cash from Banks.
It's not illegal, all that it's needed is to fill bank forms notifying the appropriate Government agencies (EFCC, CBN etc).

It only becomes illegal if these appropriate Government agencies aren't notified.

4) During elections, ALL serious political parties spend money

ehissi:

As an individual, running any financial transaction in millions outside financial institutions is a violation of the Anti- money laundering act.

The Bullion van has a manifest, that can easily be sought by the EFCC, more so if a bank engaged the services of the owners of the vans.

If the EFCC really do their jobs, Tinubu can be in a lot of trouble ooooo

The only dumb people here are the dumb people making bogus claims and allegations against Tinubu but still incapable of coming up to categorically stating or listing the crimes committed.

This is how people fail WAEC. The will abuse and throw insults at WAEC for asking them a simple question.
