How do one treat pile... I beg make una help me oo

It's been stated before......but I would repeat myself again cos my babe just jolified my stomach with a nice pot of........

Back to the topic.....
1. Boil water, I mean boiling water...... Pour it into a bowl or bucket and sit on it let the steam heal the pile ... do that minimum of 5 times daily.

2. Drink lots of water

3. Eat lots of soluble fibre food

4. Be friends with fruits and vegetables.....and palm oil aswell

5. Shit less if possible

6. Avoid s..ex, and if you must....make sure she is ontop from start to finish

7. Cold water is a no no, drinking and bathing

8. Jog, brisk walk often...helps in blood circulation in that region

Note: pile and hemorrhage are two different things oh ( the former is formed like capsules while the later is a tear in the anus that results to bleeding......so which do you have?)

in terms of training and pt...there's no ssc or dssc..there's only the army! The same army..
So the same rule applies..
You think dssc training will be watered down from normal training?
The army na army oooo..
This is exactly correct.

One cannot tell just by looking at a picture. If you cough or try to sit up and the navel increases in size, then you have a hernia. Its that simple.

I didn't forget, I've repaired mine and even sent pics of it here, like I said, I repaired it five days I left Kaduna, That my general uncle wanted to do it for me at 44 reference cos he is a consultant surgeon but I had exams to write therefore went to the East, it wasn't much of a deal cos I left the hospital same day I was operated and went on to finish my exam.
I was asking cos I did research on it to find out that whoever that have done such surgery is susceptible to having another occur that is the reason for my questions.
If you can insert your two fingers into your navel, forget it cos you have it, and if you operate it now, you'll need 3 months to recover fully.
UH is swelling of the navel.... Which one is inserting two fingers...??

yes sir....you'd be completely naked in front of whomsoever is checking you..
They'd be looking for big scars, pile, complete balls, and flat feet..
Re: Nigerian Army SSC And DSSC 2016/2017 Forum by sikowitz17: 7:56am On Oct 27, 2019
The truth is if you are here and you have this umbilical thing... You know deep down because at some point in your life, it would have restricted you from doing certain things..go to a doctor and get a solution..
You don't want to spend money on something that might actually affect your chances at the screening, you want nairaland doctors to console you and help u..
Same goes for all body ailments..you guys should stop replying them..
How much is a total danm all round test at a hospital?
Abi its here that we will tell you that you have flat feet?

Piles will usually go away on their own but if they don’t, you might need to have a procedure to deal with the problem. There are some treatments that you’ll need to go into hospital for as an out-patient. This means you can have the treatment and go home the same day:

(1) BANDING: In this procedure, your doctor will put a small elastic band around the pile, which will reduce the blood supply. This causes the pile to die and fall off after a week or two. The area left behind will heal naturally.

(2) SCLEROTHERAPY: Your doctor will inject an oily solution into your piles, which makes them shrivel up.

(3)BIPOLAR DIATHERMY AND DIRECT CURRENT ELECTROTHERAPY TREATMENT: In this procedure, your doctor will use an electrical current to destroy the pile.

Your doctor will let you know the benefits and risks of each procedure and which is the best option for you.

SYMPTOMS OF PILES

Piles don’t always cause pain or other symptoms, but if you do have symptoms, they might include:

(1) Bleeding when you have a bowel movement – you may see blood (usually bright red) on toilet paper or drips in the toilet or on the surface of your poo
a lump in or around your anus

(2) A slimy discharge of mucus from your anus

(3) A feeling of ‘FULLNESS’ and discomfort in your anus, or a feeling that your bowels haven’t completely emptied after going to the toilet

(4) ITCHY or sore skin around your anus

(5) PAIN and discomfort after you go to the toilet

In the army der is nothing like Male or female all of u will bunch up. Nothing like a Male doc must check male and a female doc will check a female even in real civil setting. A doc is a doc.
I could remember Lt. colonel Saleh was furious at lance corporal Tope ( are u happayyyyy) one night like that when he was separating male from female telling him is that how he was thought. And the guy did it solely cos he was eyeing one gal like that. Irony of life today the gal is now a second lieutenant

in your attempt to try and make a point, you made none..I don't doubt that this happened but what me I'm telling you now is no female cadet was checked by a male officer..if that's the case, why weren't we put in the same hostels and asked to bath together?

Exercises like sit ups, burpee and pull ups can aggravate any little preexisting hernia. If you're found with hernia, no matter how small, you'll be screened out. Same with pile (thats why they check your arsehoole). It's not malice, it's just to keep you alive and useful to your family.
Gbam! Half world is enough.

Word of advice to those that have pile or traces of it. With respect to the time span of the interview, there won't be enough time to treat it or perform any major surgery because it will be detected by the mediks. Your best option is to eat right and most importantly grow alot of hairs in your arse, if possible let it turn to dada in order to conceal any blood clot or lumps of pile that lines your anus.

Happy Sunday..
