Na our naija style you just describe so o Oyibo people don't act like that. Especially Canadians, they're very fair. Your application is legal and they're legally binded to give you PPR within processing time if your application is authentic. They are extremely patient and will keep apologizing or sending the 'queue for review' email until they finish working on your file. They themselves know they have failed in their promise once your application exceeds 6 months. Don't fear. Sign that petition joor.

The difference is in price and location I believe. IOM is in Ikeja and more expensive, Qlife is in Victoria Island.

I suggest you call/email them both and make your decision. You can also search the thread to find out other peoples experiences.

I went with IOM because of its location nearness to my house lol

BCS proved very useful for me. I wrote in March and got my certificate in June. It also improved my CRS point. Since I am above the age threshold, I am still writting IELTS hoping to get the highest CLB.
My point is, try to write BCS exams. It is IT based but very easy to pass if you use a tutor since I did not have an IT background. I am a graduate of Library and Archival Studies.
