30 bad kegs out of 200 kegs is 15% damage. That amount can't be a mistake. It was deliberate. Don't you know that if you blend the 200 kegs, the 30 bad ones will damage the whole stock? ..and if you supply it to a company and they run quality test, they will reject the oil or price you down. I could remember how he came to rant to me about it that she was rude to Him, shouted at him etc. In my mind why won't she? how can you give her such an amount of bad oil among 100 ?and I have to come in at that point sef after All na me link dem two make e no be say I gav her fake person. You see George's attitude precedes him,try as he may to deny. Lastly he Owned up to it that they gave her Oil stored in Drums hence the bad oil. @ udysweet, create a Google drive folder and upload the pictures of the oil here so we can access and see them. If the oil sold to you is bad, it doesn't make sense that you should lay to return it, unless the spoilage was your fault.

OK like I woke up better. Good morning everyone. This issue won't have gone far if diplomacy were employed but that's not important anyways.
A few people have called me on this issue and I feel Its necessary to obey their instructions.
Udysweet kindly send your oil to us for replacement. we would share the cost of transportation. I'd pay for the transportation to send them back to you while you pay for sending them down to me.
I have spoken with my manager and would be going down soon. Heads would roll if they had actually sent bad oil to you as I don't tolerate that. She'd attest to the fact that over the years I've strived to be at my best with her though she complained her first experience with me wasn't cool but until u wear the shoes, don't be too quick to judge.

I wouldn't be happy as client if I don't get what I paid for and it's very OK to be angry. However, myself and udysweet have done business for some years and she knows how best to have addressed the issues even when I am angry. I live a very simple and quiet life and I run away from troubles and popularity. She knows what I stand for likewise people who have done business with me over the years.
I have also observed that while some are trying to amicably resolve the issue, a few wants to incite whatever........
Let me make it clear that the world is big enough for everyone to succeed and you don't need to pull another person down to do so. I have had far bigger challenges and still came out better and stronger. Do not be too quick to make judgements and conclusions.

I feel this will checkmate some of the challenges we are having here.

I am not trying to paint anyone white or black but everybody should be extremely careful.

Before you send your money to anyone for any product, be it oil or gold, check and verify very well to avoid paying for a bulllshit.
God saved me in the hands of Madam Peace when I was still in Palmoil business because I went physically to Akwaibom, lodged in hotel and transacted the business peacefully with her and there was no bad story recorded.
I checked all the oil by myself (100 kegs then) and even smelled it before paying and everything was cool.
Some people might be claiming MR INTIGRITY but remember the Onion woman had integrity, Madam Peace had integrity. They used their integrity to gain people's trust before messing them up. Be careful!

I don't trust people easily that is why I no dey get heartbreak because I hardly give people space to break my heart.
Don't send your money to anyone unless you are certain about the quality of oil they will deliver to you otherwise you might cry like a hyena because no be as bitterkola dey sound for ear e dey taste for mouth.

Now I'll explain that I run a side job, wch will keep me busy inside the new week means I might not be able to send it soon because I don't have who'll help me send them to the park. To those Here to learn the art of palm oil business, I hope and pray you better me. Online business entails a lot of risk especially in Nigeria and if you are in business, you'd know managing workers and people isn't quite easy. Sometimes your trusted staffs would pull you down but that's a story for another day.
The whole issue have given me insight to put up physical stores for customers to go pick up oil and pay without worries.

I have never claimed to be a saint as no one is perfect. So no one should hinge on this INTEGRITY thing jare. I just ensure I do my biz the best way I can.

Truth be told, donparosky is doing great work here and we must commend him for being selfless. Some of self no go teach or give informations freely if we were at his position. Nobody is perfect.
At least I have done business with him through his customer who linked me and I was very comfortable. His only issues is responding to calls and messages sometimes plus his drivers who are very annoying sha!!! but you can't be prefect. He is sincere and has integrity and his oil is quality. I was certain he will change the oil because he has been doing that to me if I have issue.

Oil price is on the increase and I'd advise those having oil to drag fit a Lil. In short down Akwa Ibom the rain is still heavy. You know what that means.

Now this is just me suggesting, it's your property and you can decide to sell them even now. I remember people calling me out last two years that I advised this and that but am very used to all of that by now.

I have also updated price but feel free to keep us posted from your location on how much oil is selling.

Nah it's our tradition sir. we change oil whenever clients ain't satisfied but as it stands she's pushed me to the wall and has called me several names, I WONT CHANGE THEM AGAIN SIR.
