According to Aisha Yesufu , it was a loan from CBN. They ( CBN ) must have seen the seriousness and potentials ( Border closures factors) in his business before considering such loans ( Only if it is not propaganda as usual)

It is only if managed by very savvy persons. But not the ones and on the scale seen in these videos. No, it would require an overkill, like sharp rise in products, or high production that follows with excellent processing, logistics framework and product marketing

1.5m to 1bn in 2 years....

- How much is the land?
- What quantity of land grew N1bn worth of produce?
- how were the workers employed and paid with 1.5m investment?
- how did the cows multiply with a 1.5m capital?..

Please let's be realistic with our propagandas.

The modalities for that increase needs to be spelt out. Yes it can in one year but the skimatics and functional operational concepts will bring the possibility to the limelight. In this case. Its a hoax. Buhari gave keebi rice farmers billions when he first resumed office, that should have been transformed into a trillion by now and they should have been pushing dollars in 911 if the logic here applies there

To multiply 1.5m to 10million in 2years in an agric venture is a great achievement but to multiply 1.5m to 1billion in two years is nothing both propanga. It's audio money.
Please let's be properly guided before we misled the populace into thinking that money can be easy to make just by investing in agriculture. There is no easy money anywhere.

This is FAKE.

Let me show you why

1 billion naira / 1.5million naira = 666 times.

It means the farm grew by 666 times in value in 2 years.

And there are only two seasons for most crops in 2 years.

Even if your two grains of corn produce an ear of maize having 200 seeds. This growth won't be possible in just two years. Why ?

A farm requires maintenance. Salaries will be paid to staff and the owner of the farm. Every income from the first year cannot be reinvested in the second year. Only a small percentage like 30% can be reinvested and that is even being too generous for a ONE YEAR/ One Season harvest.

This is pure hogwash.

May be an online app can produce such growth definitely not a farm.

The goats will just be two years old, and may have given birth only once, likewise the cows.

What farm produce did they sell in one season to generate N1bn, purchased more land, built structures and employed 500 staff ?

Useless news bursted.

Anyone that believes that a N1.5m agricultural investment can yield a profit of N10m in 2 years,is a dunce.
If you then believe same amount can yield N2 billion in 2 years then you are mentally challenged and need evaluation in a psychiatric facility.
This is a sector where the earliest crop harvest is 3-6 months. The earliest animal breeding cycle is about 6months.
So looking at at best 6 crop cycles and 4 animal cycles.
With losses and no guaranteed market, even getting your full returns in a year is pure genius, after providing for water, herbicides, vaccination and drugs for the animals, animal feeds, workers, light, then cost of transporting the unspoiled goods, etc.
Sometimes one gets annoyed knowing even some people that claim to be graduates, can believe what a child with intact faculties knows is impossible

Even if you plant money and it grows, I doubt 1.5 million will grow to become 1 billion. What did he plant? I hope he can back it up with Tax slips and invoices.
