I'm in my early 30s
I have only high school certificate and about 6years experience as a sales associate, does my education status qualify for this PROGRAM, If YES, how do I go about ECA?

The minimum language requirement for noc 0 and A is CLB 6 which is IELTS band 5.

This implies that one cannot gain entry into the Federal express entry pool without at least score 6 across all bands.

Does this mean that there is room for those not in the pool just like there is for those in the Occupation in Demand category in Saskatchewan pnp?

If yes, how does one access this?

I think having everything here will be a better option WhatsApp is not though faster means of communication but here it will be available for years to come so I prefer here

The program should have commenced this October, but due to the elections. We all know that PM, Justin is part of the initiators and his party is immigration friendly. So they have to win to continue the lord's work....

This program is similar to AIPP which commenced in 2017... Here is the nairaland.com link https://www.nairaland.com/5273969/re-immigrate-canada-through-aipp both are similar in criterias. It has its advantages that low IELTS score. But the koko is getting a job, for employers to endorse you... I will advice, as you wait for December or January for RNIP, get your ECA and IELTS ready because employers would need to see it as a proof before giving you a job/endorsement.

You can apply for your credential evaluation by WES, ICES etc just go on their website and follow directions.

Brandon Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot eligibility and evaluation criteria is under development. Brandon eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, information package and application form will be available online no later than November 30th, 2019 at economicdevelopmentbrandon.com/BrandonRNIP.


Brandon, MB is one of 11 Canadian communities in Canada selected to participate in the 3-year Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP). For Brandon, the pilot will run from November 1st, 2019 to October 31st, 2022. The pilot creates a new permanent residency immigration stream available only to the 11 participating communities. I don’t have a list per se. Your best bet is to research each of the 11 selected communities. You can start by checking websites of the designated community economic development organization of each community.
