The Powa state chairlady isa liar, when was the plaza built for it to be too weak that it needs to be demolished? Reinforced concrete structures are known to last almost forever. The front page of this thread has been hijacked by government paid online influencers. |

If she is the owner and your rent is due, then park out for her. If she renovates it, then you all will come back. Please, why do people like to bring tribalism into any problems that arise? A wise tenant there would start looking for another shop so as to stay within. |

This present IG is so useless and daft. I'm not surprised, it runs in the family. |

Computer Village is not just Ibo. There are Yoruba sections as well. The Yoruba section is under protection of Iyaloja of Lagos. The Ibo section set up their own independent autjority and refused to be under Iyaloja authority. When this kind of issue comes up, it is often resolved with political diplomacy and behind the scenes. I will advise the Ibos in computer village to approach Iyaloja and see if she can assist them. Internet cannot solve your everyday wailing and problems across Nigeria. Today its Benue, tomorrow its PortHarcourt, day after that its Kano, then Jos, Akure, Yenogoa, Ibadan,....now its Lagos. Una get serious problem! |

If the building has weakend as stated, They should let it be demolished and rebuilt. These same people will blame Government or The NPF for not Doing anything when the building colapses. I don't understand Nigerians. |

iammo: When last did you run a test to check your cardiovascular state? You are dying in the inside with your hate. You are drinking poison and expecting the Igbo man to die. Stop trying to make your wife a young widow by killing yourself with hate. Baba mulikat your neighbour will end up servicing your widowed wife recklessly when you are dead. Quench your toxic emotion and live a good healthy life. A professional advice.

iammo:Stop deceiving yourself with pseudo-objectivity. Read your post history, it riddled with hate, negative energy and lamentations, you are doing a lot of damage to your mental, and physical health. You live in a country with one of the lowest life expectancy already. Your fake smikeys and rabid emotions is getting you closer to your grave, you are poisoning yourself Mr man. Make a detour before it's too late. |

So long as the current traders are guaranteed shops in the new market.... Nothing wrong with demolishing and upgrading. To many slum markets in Nigeria! > |

MetaPhysical: we both agree that there is a problem (hatred) somewhere.. what we don't yet agree upon, is who 1st initiates the hate. My dear Mr Metaphysical, the day you overlook the very vile human nature of denigrating each other, you will realise that we were all humans 1st until colour, religion, tribe, social class and greed seperated us. 1 Like |

Re: Fatima Adamu: IGP's Wife Planning To Take Over Our Shops – Traders by MetaPhysical: 8:22am On Oct 29, 2019 |
LordNicvuitton: Please do not excuse this fundamental social problem away to false attributions. There is a reason a society creates and maintains order. Iyaloja Council is part of an ordered society. It is somewhat the equivalent of a labor union. A labor union oversees collective bargaining and workplace protection against employment and job risks. Similarly, trading in a marketplace has its risks and traders interests must be guaranteed against loss and avoidable risks. Typically Ibos in markets in Yorubaland are opposed to subordination under Yoruba customs and institutions. In that rebellion they will create an autonomous union just for them....one that does not answer to Iyaloja...but to an elected Ibo person, usually called Chairman. When issues like the one here happens, Chairman and his union of Ibos will discover they are at risk of losses. Then they cry out to public for help. Why is the Chairman incapable of resolving the problem and shielsing his traders from losses, why cry to the public? It's because of a fundamental under-development....the trigger that flags the brain to assess risk, forecast and mitigate threats and losses is absent in this class of traders. The behavior is repeated for same class of traders even in places where other forms of unions and social orders and institutions exist beside the Yoruba Iyaloja. So it has zero attribute to race, tribe, language, religion or any of that. Simply, it is a class and evolution problem. We have unevolved class of citizens living and trading in societies with evolution far ahead of them..... |

BlackfireX: Another mentality of a slave. Even if you are too scared to confront your oppresor, at least you can summon adequate courage to speak against it. But you are too mentally docile to speak or stand against oppression. What a mentally corrupted individual you are! Living in Nigeria seems to have messed with your sense of right and wrong |
