For a 100 ft land, 500 blocks should give you 10 coaches with space for gate. You only need 14 bags of cement and 2 trucks of sand and 1 truck of sharp sand. 500 blocks gives you 65k for 6 inches block and 75k for 9 inches block. 14bags of cement equals 35k. The cement will also help with getting pillars for the gate. 2 trucks at 12k should finish the fence and 1 truck of sharp sand for pillar at 7k. Plastering the fence and flooring the outside of the gate should also be work with the 14 bags. Total 75k for blocks plus 35k for cement plus 30k for planks and workmanship for pillar plus 25k for sands plus 25k for workmanship should total 190k in all.

This is without gate. Lest I forget, local government will come and disturb you if you don't pay them. They have informant around your house I am sure. Just budget 10k for them. Also try to get the gate installed as they are installing pillars so there won't be issues while you buy the gate. Gate normally goes for 150k upward. Lol.

Your suggestions are highly welcomed

For 8courses high wall budget 650 blocks.

For the mortal budget 12bags of cement.

For the sand budget a 10tonne truck.

For foundation blocks then budget for a 225(9" blocks about 200(that would give you about 3courses from the foundation to the surface.

For your granite then budget for a 10tonn truck as you'll need the granite for your blinding and every other colum and fence coping works.

For mansory cost then budget 50k

N. B. Cost of materials depends on your area though.




For a 30meter(100ft) lenght of wall you'll need about 3colums(pillars) for a stronger wall, would u prefer a block colum or you'll go for a concrete ones? If the latter is your choice then you'll need to budget for reinforcement bars of 12mm rod and 16mm rod for your gate pillars.

It will cost u about 230k for blocks and cement excluding labor and plastering. So 150k will not do it.

My Brother, If you build your first house without being ripped off, then, you have not built anything.

You may even c onsider yourself lucky if I share my personal experience.

Truth is, if 2 people build the same house on the same land for 2 varying amounts, you should know that non of them is actually lying and they are both saying the truth for whatever amounts they are claiming to have spent.
