I have a 5 hectare of unused land.
I dont know what any profitable agriculture that can fetch money.

Five hectares of land and you don't know what to plant on it? God why? and here looking for just an acre. firstly get a soil test expert to know the best crops for your soil. map out the land with fence or use crop that can do it for you e.g coconut( if it is suitable for you land) then divide the land into five for different crops to plant. let me stop here joo.

I guess that place will have clay or silt soil, very rich in humus good for planting. but above all you still need soil test. you have two factors to your advantage, near to Lagos(close to market area) and two the soil is good.
