Believe me, we should all for now take our minds off this recruitment except if and I mean 'if' NNPC decides to disobey (ignore) court orders. In the absence of that, I don't see APL coming out soon. Reason been that legal technicalities will still delay the hearing of the matter on the next adjourned date.
The matter will witness an avalanche of P.Os, with counter affidavits and replies on point of law. Parties may likely still ask for an extension of time to file one thing or to reply one thing.

Even when the matter is finally heard, the court will still adjourn for ruling.

Even when Judgment is delivered in favour of NNPC, the applicant may immediately and on the same day file his notice of appeal with an application for stay pending appeal which I belief is prepared already waiting filing. That will thereafter take us back to[i] Status quo ante[/i].

Lemme not talk about what usually happens on appeals.

In all I pray APL meets us in good standing.

How I followed this thread like say na oxygen I de breathe after my July 4th interview. Now its approx. 4 months now n its bn well over month I even checked in.

Then rumoured dates of APL release, ABT theorists n all what not, I can see that the fire has died down significantly, all grasping at straws at d moment. I see nothing new has changed, only that the rumour mongers have taken new names; we have seen it all before we can't fall for it again.

Whatever will be will be that's my new mantra... Let's wish ourselves d best mad try to focus on other things.

How does dis affect the release of list. The police recruitment made it clear enough that the corporation can release the list. They don't just want to. But I don't believe that petition is a setback, no be today nnpc don dey do petition.

You may be correct , at this point man will begin to think too many things . Some day that list will appear.

Everybody suddenly turn motivational speakers in the name of "telling us the truth" as if we don't have an inkling of what kind of country we are in.

In their speeches they believe they are addressing a completely ignorant, inexperienced, gullible, suicidal, no plan B, "NNPC or i die" set of individuals.

i percieve some are nnpc contract staffs(its human to feel the way u do and i must say i understand ) and some are from previous recruitments,

abeg keep your advices, leave everyone and let them experience life and stop forcing your opinion, the same way you survived the disappointment and are still alive today and have "probably" moved on. every other person too go dey alright.

the kind of audience wey u dey find for here (most especially how you keep repeating the things you say) probably dey offline, no be you go tell us say na fish dey inside sardine.

let these ppl stop dragging this thing...smh....make we appeal to that lawyer..make him withdraw in case...time dey go..... time sef no come dey again...once e start to linger..like this... the higher d chances of it been cancelled esp as ppl go don forgot about the process....tho..i was told ppl in towers werent concerned about the case...i.e it was not the main reason for apl being delayed.....
