Yes i can understand the trauma of not getting AD for winter especially wen u have load of admissions, but trust me u aren't the only one. I didn't get AD too with 6 admissions letters. It's not your fault since there is no other way to book for appointment than the embassy website. They give AD at their discretion and the journey is per head as they said. You really need to be careful about some advise as regards AD based on what i have seen so far in this winter. Your instinct and observations should play a better role.. The advise you have gotten in 2 pages here seems to be the best... The embassy is still busy processing the application of some winter applicants. From people's testimonies here i can see that there are people with AD till 1st of December so i believe from early November AD will start rolling. Above all let's hold God tight as He is the one that can do it. Regards, MorrisEbosie: 1 Like |

[quote author=Amaterasu post=83601808] Concerning the deadline, the 8weeks is an ideal situation to help you in case of any issues with your documents and to fasten your admission process. You can still send it within the 2 weeks you have now. Thanks for your detailed explanation sir, what about the issue of certificate and NOR with my school that haven't given us certificate. Also, what about the transcript |

@jagaban17 I was just about putting such call to anyone. I plan to send next week. Thursday. Courier plus will do it for 13500 in 3 working days. A group of 4 won't be a bad idea |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 7 by amikable97: 8:33pm On Oct 30, 2019 |
dipotol: You're not supposed to send the original copies of your document rather what you're to send is the certified or notarized copies of your documents Certification can be done at high court or embassy (this is free of charge) NOR can stand in for your Bsc certificate but still work towards obtaining your certificate because you will need it for interview and subsequently for enrolment. Cheers |

rockyh: OK no doubt, but u should also know that my is not issued to me directly but through an educational agency. Secondly, did you graduate the same time with my 2009, But if not, then it means that the school has changed their method. So what you don't know u don't know it. 1 Like |

Ibitowaoa: Were you booked for a language course prior to the start of your program? I am also a DAAD scholar and i got an appointment date less than 12 hours after applying but that was in May. I suggest you simply apply for the appointment and tick that you have a scholarship and see what happens. |

Hey guys been a minute. Feels good to finally be here in DE. Summer hopefuls keep at it,continue those uniassit applications, write that IELTS, anything to put you ahead..just do it. Touched down in munich yesterday via EgyptAir. I had reservations about using them at first but It turned out to be really cool, plus it's about the cheapest. Was lodged at radisson blu in cairo to catch a connecting flight the next day. Missed the shuttle to the airport ( where local man dey chop free food). Anyways got to Munich 3pm. Brothers and sisters cold wan kill me for train station even with my katangowa winter jacket the weather no funny.,at a point I could not feel my hands. Missed my train 2 times cos I could not locate the right platform. but thank God for everything. Its totally worth it. PS. Make prior arrangements for accommodation. It's not funny being stranded here. Hotels are so expensive In big cities. Carry some cash too for some expenses before unlocking BA. Wishing everyone success. 30 Likes 2 Shares |

Thank you sir. So, I will just photocopy the NOR and certify at the high court. Am I to photocopy the transcript also because uni assist said I'm not to open this and I have the original sealed copy from my school. With the issue of certificate, I graduated from Lautech and even a year before us have not collected their certificate, ehn What am I to do now amikable97: |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 7 by Slip(m): 11:51pm On Oct 30, 2019 |
Hello, Please make copies of all your educational documents and proceed to high court for certification. That sealed transcript is not supposed to be in your possession so do not disclose cover page.. The fact that you are in possession of the so call sealed transcripts have make it unacceptable by uniassist unless you take the copy to high court for certification.. It will only be acceptable by uniassist if the sealed transcript is sent directly from your university. I hope this help. Regards dipotol: 1 Like 1 Share |

Thank you boss, thanks for shedding more light. Don't mind me o,I just want to get this straight because this transcript of a thing wants to be confusing me right now If I take the sealed copy to high court for certification, are they going to unseal it and add their stamp making it acceptable for uni assist Or I should just re print the coloured transcript (because I have it on my mail also) and take it high court and they stamp it( but the confusion i have with this is that i saw on uni assist website that it should remain sealed) Slip: |

dipotol: Please make copies of your transcript and certify them also. If you don't have your certificate till when you're about to travel you can always write to the school informing them of your plight that shouldn't be a big issue... |

Unsealed the transcript and make photocopies (black and white). Nobody would certify original copies of documents it can only be photocopy of such documents. The high court certified documents is acceptable by uniassist so just make photocopies and certify. Don't send the original sealed copy so that you could always make use of it anytime... I hope you understand now. Cheers! dipotol: |
