Keyword: Activity Score

- Bolt/uber sends you a trip and you see the ratings of the rider and decide to ignore it, Activity score takes a hit.

- A driver decides to cancels due to road or weather conditions or maybe the rider was rdue or whatever, Activity score screams.

- A rider refusing to cancel because he's feeling special and wants bolt/uber to strike you, thereby forcing the driver to cancel, Activity score cries.

Now, there's a threshold.

If the driver cancels too much, he/she is kicked off the platform.

If we have so many ignorant riders like you displaying machismo, a lot of drivers would be getting yanked off.

The the law of economics comes into play because we now have few drivers. What happens when the demand is more than the supply?

is it not this same uber where several people still waiting on employment are using to tide over the period?

is this not Nigeria with more people entering labour market everyday?
for everyone one kicked or exited from a job, there are 50 people willing to take his/her place at half his salary. you think uber is any different?

you are talking about surge. are you sure you even understand your platform? or is a surge not a period when there is high demand within a vicinity? eg if there is an NNPC test in unilag, there will be a sure there t the end and at the beginning

Now I understand why you're mad at our posts/comments here.

That his experience with the rider is quite terrible and bad, but on a scale of 1-10 it's not even among the top3 of things we see from riders.

If he had confronted her aggressively to take her things of his car, it won't seem as bad as we see it now. And she would have turned back and pick her things up.

If uber blocks a rider, he just needs #200 to get new SIM, and he's back on. It never solves the problem
