Good old combo. Can't remember when I ate this last too kiss

These days, people cook beans separate, store in the freezer and use for anything ranging from yam, bread, pap etc.
So sweet if the yam is the sweet one kiss

If it's only u, if u 're using the 10kg type. Divide it into 2. Ie 5kg will be okay. U can't finish this once. (Cant tell how many cups. Also, bear in mind that they dont swell up like the rice we have in naija.)Keep one and use one. Put a teaspoon of baking powder. If u don't have that, put a full sachet of yeast.
If your blender isn't so strong in crushing dry things. Soak overnight or more than 5 hrs. Cook the one u should cook very soft.

Use jasmine.

Anyways I tried a new method the last time I made masa and it was delish... I blended the whole rice then took out a few tablespoons and prepared like pap with boiling hot water. Then added back to the mean blended rice after it had cooled down. Loved it!

I want to add milk next time I do it and some other things.
So many improved ways now instead of the traditional way.

I believe Hausa call it kunu gyda(dunno if the spelling is right)not the one made with dawa(kunu zaki) but with nchikafa(rice), I ate it when I was in Plateau state whenever my landlady prepare it.
