Good morning to you all, my transcript is currently under evaluation and verification by WES - US, they just E-mail me to send legible copy of my Degree Certificate as quickly as possible to complete evaluation process, due to urgency l'm considering to fax the document to WES, for those of us who had tried this medium previously to send Degree Certificate document to WES, does WES accept Degree certificate sent via Fax to them from Nigeria?. please your wonderful experiences, alternative measures and advices are highly welcome and honestly appreciated in advance, thanks for your swift responses in advance.

WES Canada accepts Fax, I believe US should accept too. You can use Hellofax to send your documents, make sure you write your Ref number on a piece of paper and put at the top right corner of the certificate when scanning or you caould use the cover page to supply them your reference number. Basically you are sending a scanned copy of your degree certificate. It is not hard at all. You can give me a video call on ****** so that I show you on my system. You can use your phone too cos I used my phone when I sent mine to Canada

I hope you're still here bro cause I need to do the evaluation process too but I'm confused. Do I need to have my almamater send my transcripts to Wes for it to be verified or do I need to send a copy of b.a DIRECTLY to them for evaluation considering the fact that I'm applying via the express entry system?

If you have collected the sealed transcript form your school, you can send it yourself or you have your school send it directly to them it is the same. Then you fax them your certificate.

My concern is that it took WES over a month (about 40 days after receiving my transcript) to notify me that they require my degree certificate. All along, the status of my evaluation had been "Evaluation in progress; you do not need to do anything at this time". So now I'm wondering if the 20 days are already counting. How long did it take WES to complete your evaluation after they received your fax? Also, I have not received any message from WES that they sent my transcript to my University in Nigeria for verification. Do they skip that process sometimes? Looking forward your reply.

contact WES via their web form if they accept statement of result, but I have not seen a scenario on this platform when they was accepted statement of result, but just a suggestion any why what of if you can send it via hello fax and tag it as certificate, who knows WES might accept it. just make an effort, before you know what to do next. have you already sent your transcript for evaluation?

Resend it with the right information(full names, certificate name and reference number. WES also updated their app and this updated app allows you upload your transcript directly.
