Good day please,
Please ild like to confirm for my sibling please. She’s currently single but has a child by her long term partner, her crs currently as a single person is 471, I advise that she does a court marriage post ita and add her spouse, but she’s confused because they already have a child together. Please does my suggestion to her seem Okay?
Good suggestion, or she applies as common-law. Moreover, are they still dating?

Hello Friends,

So i have read the first pages and asked here for clarification about evaluating only my Masters alone or my Masters and LLB but i am still confused.

I have a friend who told me she is evaluating her Masters and Degree for more points........ i also need as much points as i can get from the ECA due to age so please i asking the elders here to confirm, do i continue with evaluating just my Master alone or i evaluate both certificates.

Also, the evaluation of two of more certificates which i keep seeing is what continues confusing me. Please help!!

If you have a Masters, go ahead and evaluate that alone. The CRS points for a Masters degree are more than that for two or more certificates.

You do not need to evaluate your first degree!

See example of how CRS points are alloted:

1. First Degree - 1 point
2. Two or more Certificates (Degree+ Any of OND, NCE, Dip, ATS etc) - 2 points
3. Masters Degree - 3 points
4. Ph.D - 4 points

Common Law applications, by my understanding often result to Accra and Interview. If this is fine by her, she can go ahead,

common law is same as married per points. He will need eca and ielts. Not advisable . Court wedding is better

Convince her to do as you have advised because that is the best course of action notwithstanding the fact that they already have a child together.

Cost is now $305 CAD

Duration is dependent on how fast your school sends your transcript to them. But WES themselves take 35 days. ECA has taken upto 6months for some people, some 5 months, some less,.

you don't have to upload it rather contact your school to send your transcript to them.

You yourself will only send a scanned coloured copy of your degree certificate to them.

Before all this you must create your profile, make payment and get your reference number. this number must accompany any letter addressed to them from you if not your documents can't be traced.

A little trick to get your reference number without paying to buy time , is to not select card payment, select any order means and your reference number will be out, then you can now buy time to get your cash ready, when you have finally gotten your cash, go to card payment and pay.

Hope this helps including videos below..

I think it is still $227 but with courier you have $305

I just started this journey and need some advice please:

Does evaluating a certifiCate or diploma add any points?

And can I evaluate more than one certificate or diploma? Does it increase my points?

Thanks guys!

Run away from agents, agencies and their cohorts. They only want to collect your money, read everything from page one religiously and your life will never remain the same. Blessings

It depends on the kind of diploma certificate you wanna evaluate. If you have ICAN just don't bother, it won't get a favourable evaluation. Blessings

Be warned and beware of a church named Canada Pentecostal Bible church. This church is not in existence in Canada. Someone has been using that name and most likely a fake website to swindle many Nigerian pastors. Giving them offer letters

Immediately I saw the offer letter from a friend I knew it was fake. I had to investigate. That cell number on the website belongs to a pastor who lives in the USA. He is worried that some unscrupulous individuals are using his number and a fake name to swindle pastors from Nigeria.

Please spread the message and be warned. A friend fail for it and spent a lot of money. He did phone call interview, got offer letter and signed contract. All fake.

Please beware don't let desperation cloud your judgment. Anyone demanding money for job is not genuine. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.

Master degree only for sure.
Think only IQAS evaluates LLB as equivalent of Master degree.
No advantage doing both as the point for 2 or more cert is less than Masters alone.

Best wishes.

I simulated my crs mark and I got 459. Is there a chance of getting ITA because the current draw for FSW is 470+? I mean, should I be hopeful that the mark will reduce with time. Thanks.

what else would you have done than be hopeful undecided, your score is not bad at all.I hope the 459 is not a prospective score and hope you are in the pool already? if yes wait for it, ITA will show up for you soon grin
