The woman should just forget everything and move on...in one of her paragraph she said "she travel frequently" if she can afford to pay ticket fares for airlines which varies from 150,000 upward because of the route she mentioned in her claim, i think getting a wheel chair that is less than 120,000 shouldnt be a problem for her BUT from the whole episode i think she has a PERSONAL grudge with the airline.

Modify : someone pointed out that it is a motorized wheelchair,
then we are talking about #1.5M then.
It is still achievable.

We raised the funds to buy that wheelchair for her. I am very happy to have done that. It was about N650k that year.

Off course she can sue the airline, the airline have a duty of care to the passenger but breached that care by been negligent. She could get monetary compensation as well. If am chanced I could modify the post and talk on the process in a bid to educate others of their right.

I have had no intention of doing anything with respect to the disabled woman and so shut my mouth unlike the BBQ man making Big talk on top of nothing and giving false hope. Wait 1 week and see if you will get any result form the BBQ man.
