Joebie: You think Rohr would name him without his consent? The boy doesn't want to play for Nigeria |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by jihday(m): 7:54pm On Nov 02, 2019 |
Joebie:Huh? Named him when he have not agreed to show up? Do you know we send invitations to all players? So if we send to him and turn us down you people can come here and start shouting they've disgraced us abi |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Joebie: 7:58pm On Nov 02, 2019 |
He did not agree to show up? who asked him? This guy showed up when we invited him to audition with the team. Why is it now out of place? modified.. all the plenty plenty disgraceful things when dey happen for naija is no dey disgrace us, na simple turn down be big deal. There is absolutely nothing disgraceful about that. jihday: 1 Like |

Rohr just cleared the air from from factual tweets that he did not approach him. Why are we now scared to approach him all of a sudden?. Did Eze issue out a statement that he did not want to play for us? Did Rohr seek his consent first before that audition call up several years ago? It's okay for Eze to turn down a call up. It becomes official then and we move forward. Eartquake1: 1 Like |

It's either Rohr was clueless about whether Eze was temporarily cap-tied at the time or he just feigned ignorance. 1 Like |

Joebie: Eze has already been approached and he demanded for more time Which in football parlance means I don't want to play for you |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Joebie: 8:08pm On Nov 02, 2019 |
dem send person to go talk to Eze mama. how is that different from talking to Tammy papa? Tammy matter different. This guy, Eze, don already show interest before.. na just to call am again. Then we go know if interest still dey. because he play for England U21 no mean anything.. just as Ejaria heart dey naija but he no go turn down England call up. |

These guys using Nigeria to play ludo beginning to piss me off. You guys don't get it. Will he tell England to give him more time if they had come calling? If I had my way, if I was Rohr, I will ignore them and go on a Rollercoaster search far and wide for their capable replacement. But I'm not Rohr. And moreover, the old man has become lazy and too relaxed with the team. Doesn't search for players as he used to. Might be as a result of the disrespect from the Tammy's and Uduokhai and Co. If I had my way, I will ignore Eze and the rest of them forming Capone. Let's see who will laugh last. |

andrewbaba44: For a player who hardly ever plays he spends a lot of time being injured. I want to speculate tjat he has fitness issues amongst other problems and as such he injury prone. Watford is not a club that will condone unfit players, they have no-nonsense strict training regime. There are a lot of youth players quite a few who are of Nigerian origin very hungry to get in the first team. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by komekn(m): 8:46pm On Nov 02, 2019 |
andrewbaba44: The double standard hidden agenda and lack of clarity comes entirely from the NFF. Ebere Eze trained with the first team over two and half years ago and it should have been obvious he has some good potential. Why would they wait for 2 and half years plus ➕ it would be very reasonable to believe you are not wanted. And so therefore you should look elsewhere. Now that he has blown we have remembered that he exists. It's the a similar situation we had with Aina NFF fumbled his application for change of allegiance with delays. Then we selected a dead Echiejile over him. Meanwhile we selected an Osimhen who had done absolutely nothing to justify AT THE TIME a call up. We even called in Nwakali from the dead wood forest of an obscure league. Why did the NFF not invite Eze at least a year ago. The NFF lacks integrity and is open to multiple questions about how they have conducted themselves. 1 Like |
