Hey guys, just checking in since it's been a while I posted in here.I hope you guys are having it good and CIC is dashing out TRV these days. The temperature here in London, Ontario is falling fast, winter is here. If you're coming to Fanshawe, "enter your study trouser well well" because these guys aren't joking around. The assignments, quiz and test just keeps coming every week. I met with naijaforeigner twice and he's been so helpful, such a nice guy. God bless him. Lastly to the winter hopefuls, I pray for you that you hear goodnews from CIC so that we can share in this cold together. Remain hopeful and stay safe guys. 12 Likes |

librangyps: Good morning, Payment of school fees is not a prerequisite to getting an approval. Show your school fees and LE in your bank account. Please which school gave you the admission towards Fall 2020? |

Can i find a college in Canada that does not require IELTS for a Post graduate diploma certificate admission? I read somewhere that colleges don't ask for IELTS score. All the ones I've checked required a test in English IELTS, TOEFL among others. I'm planning for December and getting IELTS out of the way will be a big plus. |

Greetings house, am a final year student in one of the Federal Universities in the country and I would be rounding off this year by the Grace of God. I would like to inquire from anyone here (professional or intermediate) on the best and affordable countries I can further my education(masters) for instance in, I have 3 in mind but I don't know which to pick and which is affordable too(in terms of living expenses currently): 1. Germany 2. UK 3. Canada(I had applied to College of Manitoba in the year 2015 for my undergraduate studies back then, I was given admission by the college, I even paid part of my tuition fees but I wasn't denied Visa by the embassy, it was indeed painful back then for me, so I don't know if it would be right to still give this country a try once more) So please I would like someone to help me out with an answer to the above question and this below too: 2. Is it compulsory I do my NYSC before travelling out? 3. Do I need to have working experience also before travelling out? Because I persay just wanted to move out next year hopefully but I don't know if question 2 and 3 are a must PS: I know this thread is for questions regarding Canadian student visa and am sorry if my question in any form breaks any rules but I believe they could be one or two persons here who can help me out with answers, I would appreciate. PSS: My mother who wishes to sponsor me has over 10,000GBP saved up for me towards this, don't know if this sum would be enough to cover up for my living expenses and tuition within my first year there |

@Frankrobbn1 I want to use this medium to appreciate you and other gurus here on your efforts to assist applicants.More grace to you all. I was refused based on purpose of visit, employment situation, home ties. With the help of this thread I have been able address home ties, employment Situation. But am finding it difficult to balance the purpose of visit. I have a National Diploma in Office technology and management Upper credit 2012. Since then I have been working in an exchange company till date. I applied for a Bsc Economics in Uof R. Please I require your advise on how I can link both programs and possibly my experience at work so as to come up with a good and convincing story as regards to my career progression, why I need to study economics in Canada and not Nigeria. I am on the verge of writing my SOP/LOE. I look forward to your immediate response Thank you |

lasisig5: The bolded doesn't in anyway change the discretion of the visa officer in assessing the overall admissibility of an applicant's Application. Affidavit of support is valid but affidavit of return makes no impact in an application. |

@frankrobbin1, you have really been instrumental in this group. I followed this grp for sometime now reading thru some pages.... indeed there are gurus in the house. GOD BLESS YOU GUYS ALOT. I am here to still gather info for my friends and colleagues hence I may ask questions in due course on their behalf while I introduce them here as well. As for mine, my spouse is a citizen (by birth) over there and wishes me to come over. What grp in NL can satisfy that pls. Thanks NB: I will continue to still be part of this place. |
