Wow! Congrats man. Please permit me to ask you, the love letter is it for after ODVI? Because I did my ODVI since 21st of August and up till now I have not heard from them.

I think you'v misunderstood the meaning of love letter. I did too in the beginning. Love letter = Regret mail. And i think he/she got it before ODVI

but still be expectant, the final stage inviting is by department/role applied to or roles categorized under due to your profile. I made sure of that during my final stage interview. I feel well eng/ prod engr would be next

I am looking for someone that applied for well engineering, and has done ODVI. I want to know if the person has gotten final stage interview invite because i have not gotten yet.

Remember, @mosgoon said the interview invite is done by department.

there are many people i know still waiting for final interview invite after ODVI. Since you are commercial and they have rejected your interview mates, there's a high chance you are successful. I wonder why shell doesn't send invites to already successful candidates now while they are sending regret mails to unsuccessful ones. Baffling

I applied for commercial role and this is like up to three months now after ODVI. But up till now they have not said anything to me. I am tired of checking my mail everyday.

I want to slightly agree with one guy that said after three months of application shell would sent love letter across..

I think it depends on the department you applied to in commercial The final invite shortlisting is by departments/roles applied to. So maybe, for example finance guys may be invited first before accounting guys and so on....

Alright... I reasoned with you. Because by the way shell started, they don't delay in sending love letter once if they found you unwanted.

Just got an ODVI invite today, after a regret mail oo!!. Really can't contain my joy.

What could have happened? Technical glitch? Invite is for one of the roles i applied to and regret for the other? No need for analysis, I feel its God's grace .

Guys I really need tips from those who have done the ODVI to ace this stage and also if you are about to do please whatsapp 0-8---1-2--8-4----3--5---0-7---4 lets relate. Thnks!

Congrats. But I think the best for you right now would be for you to mail shell to confirm/clarify the duality. Do that now so you can get a reply tomorrow.
