@ SUPERPACK, PLEASE HELP ME TOO AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM OOOO.
SUPERPACK:
It is normal with ICE and SOR calls. Just type the name that the rep mentioned. They are mostly Member benefits clubs, and are so many. Slack is more like a place where Nobody gives a f.uck about the challenge you face. Hopefully a Whatsapp group will help with instant help, quote me on an idle thread with your number not here!!.

Yeah, I get a couple of 3's now and then. I don't think that misheard's can be totally avoided, but I do try to google search on what I think is best heard, if it's for a brand or location.

I'm not talking of brands. I'm talking of those hard to here words that sound like mumbling.

What headphone do you use?

Please, I'm new and I have successfully passed the test. However, I'm stuck at opening a paypal account. I clicked on the 'link debit card/credit card' and was directed to a page were I should feed in my credit card details ( I only use a debit card), different from the information on PDF.

If it sounds like mumbling and you've exhausted the [...]. Slow the playback and you'll hear it. It helps to slow the file especially when cross checking. Over confidence dey kill sometimes.

I almost got kicked out of Qa world last week. It was really a bad week. Now, I'm back on track with a lot of 5s and 4s in a row.

I always come here to look for motivation. Some guys here really do motivate me.

Who else hates receiving mails from Qa world? You definitely know something is wrong.
