It is normal with ICE and SOR calls. Just type the name that the rep mentioned. They are mostly Member benefits clubs, and are so many. Yeah, I get a couple of 3's now and then. I don't think that misheard's can be totally avoided, but I do try to google search on what I think is best heard, if it's for a brand or location.

Well, my average crashed from a stable 4.3 to 4.6 to 3.0
I need like 10 consecutive 4s and 5s to return back to my normal average
