The mail with three weeks always pops up whenever you apply for a job through jobberman. So I don't think it matters.

I think there's no need to panic. My Jobberman app shows I have been 'shortlisted' while the Jobberman sites via Chrome shows 'received' though I only applied 2 days before expiration. It's better to wait for the mail from Union bank or Jobberman
