Please I urgently need your guide on the choice of SUV to ho for, I Presently using Honda baby boy which is not good enough for my route hence I need a can high car. I am considering which car to go for between Highlander 2006 or Lexus RX 330 year 2006, my concern is maintenance, fuel efficient, resale value after 3 year.

Kindly give me your honest opinions.

since you av looked round,surveyed and you decided on either of these two,do the lexus

from your query seems you are only interested in something with ground clearance, you still want to maintain your financial maintenance, close fuel economy and won't mind identical vehicle dimension.

The RAV4 is better in fuel economy and maintenance, the XA30 2006 to 2013 would be good for you. Since a RX330 and Highlander is around 3m plus, the RAV4 is in that category for the year you are looking at.

The 2009 upwards with 2.5L 4cylinder is sold around 3m plus the V6 too is in that range. You won't go wrong with that RAV4 and the parts too are affordable.

by the way, the Highlander = RX they share a lot of part and drive train together, the Lexus is always more luxurious in interior equipment than the Highlander but the Highlander has 3rd for 7seating which the RX doesn't offer and the Highlander has a 4cylinder Engine which is only available in Japanese domestic market Lexus RX (called Toyota harrier)
