Your Systolic is high for 134. The "normal" blood pressure range for your age group is 100-120/60-80. But to be sure, you can take your bp reading again( morning times preferably)

Lol, misplacement of parameters 79/(1.77)^2 = 25.2~ 25Kg/m^2

134/80 is not really good n at d same time, it isn't bad also.
130-139 is indicated has prehypertension (mild hypertension), hypertension stage 1 starts from 140 - 159 by some authors.


Many interpretations of blood pressure has arise from different authors from different countries.

To b on save, let it not go into 140 above. Control it now (it will b very good, if u can bring it below 120)

But my water bottle will be my PADI with enough cash for water

Especially for those wey dey follow road. Road construction on Abuja - Kaduna and Kano - Zaria - Kaduna can delay you for hours especially on fridays. Plan well, don't start your journey without adding at least extra 6-12 hours.

Pls how important referee passport photograph is, because my refree doesn't have passport now and he is trying to cause a delay. He's even reluctant as he saw passport is required. Can I go to the screening without putting the referee picture. Pls those with experience should say something.
