fmsimple:LMAO 7 months POF letter? Anything could have happened to the money within the said 7 months. A very recent financial letter from your bank showing you are not in debt to them is needed. Not to forget throwing in your account statement for the past 3 months (from the time of application) Hope this answers it... https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html 1 Like |

teriluv:sure. Provide explanation for the ommission. Not every refusal is a 5 year ban too as long as you did not lie or submitted fake documents. But be 'certain ' he will give you the required documents . Or else VO will minus the 15 points and recompute ur scores I.e birth cert and utility bill |

Foreverhopeful:you have to go to Lasu oo or tell someone to go on your behalf and pay the amount because for me they didn't call I only received a message from wes that they have sent a mail to my school (lasu) for verification and this would require me to pay a sum to the school, before a reply is sent back to them (wes) hence the #27000 Lasu is charging for common okay ooo so so so person was a product of this school. 1 Like 1 Share |

Prisscindy:most nigerian banks don't include 6 months average balance . So you will need to include 6 months bank statement except its a gift deed or sale of asset 1 Like 1 Share |

IRCC should just do one final draw and issue the remaining number of ITAs and call it end for the year. I believe that way, 440s will get ITA. 4 Likes |

For those asking how to call CIC. See below: Download Dingtone or textnow app Use code 778 or 437 U need to dial +1(888)242-2100 1. Press 1 2. Press 1 3. Press 2 4. Enter your application number 5. Enter your DOB 6. They tell u that ur file is not in system, then they ask you to press 0 to speak to an agent. 7. You know the rest Keep trying and it would go through. Get all information handy before calling. 31 Likes 34 Shares |

Dear all , Please help my case . I am post AOR but just got married . I would like to add my spouse as non-accompanying to my application . I understand that it requires my to increase my POF to funds for a family of 2 but i didn't envisage that I would also be required to pay RPRF and processing fees since my husband does not require the PR . He is an American citizen. I have read most of the adding spouse threads but no case seems close to mine. Does anyone have any advice or opinion on how to go from here? Please assist . 1 Like |

I'm presently at 444, but will be at 459 by Monday. With the 459 I'm still scared and have decided that hubby and I will rewrite ielts since I have 6 more marks to max out and hubby has 4 more marks. That's my last resort. I have been in the pool since 4th of February with 449, lost 5 marks on my birthday in March. So that's my plan. Rewrite ielts and hope between hubby and me that we can get at least 4 or 5 out of the 10 marks and wait for the B2B draw in December. Candanyl: 15 Likes 1 Share |

Please, people of God....help! This is from a previous application. An immigration lawyer filled in the wrong course of study in a previous Canadian Study permit application which was eventually refused in 2015. I reviewed the GCMS notes just yesterday and realized that the course of study which the agent input into that application was incorrect and she never included any documentation as proof i.e. B. Sc. certificate. She was provided with all my statement result and every other relevant info she could have possibly needed. I sent her an email as soon as I found out, as she is resident in Canada. I've tried calling but have been unable to get in contact with her. The due date for my EE application submission is on Friday guys. Please how best do I tackle this issue please? I need advice. Seniors, elders....this is when I need you the most. Helpppp!!!! |

How do you get to see these notes. I was denied study visa in 2015, I can't remember anything pertaining the application. Only thing I remember was that I was denied due to some generic reasons. How can I see my own GCMS notes? Hephzibah2018: |

glitchyyy: The little research I did, I saw a post on quora saying that application fee and rprf is not paid for non accompanying spouse. I don't get your own situation. I'm curious cos I'm on the same boat as you |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Eraytee: 8:27pm On Nov 04, 2019 |
In my opinion, present the case via LOE as it is, definitely they would access your previous application because its already locked into their system. explain the situation as you have explained below, you can even include the portion of the GCMS note to clarify your point of just getting to know about what the agent filled 4 years ago.
